This is a bit like when I was in HE1 at 0.19p, I told peeps there that a lot of money was onb the sidelines waiting for the nod and they all laughed at me, sentiment was rock bottom and they were all expecting a fund raise at 0.05p next. Shortly after Lorna released TD and HE1 and Hydorgen shows RNS and boy did that set the room on fire. 0.19p went to over 2p in a few days. Yesterday the SP hit 3.5p.

Let's see some of the magic here. A 10 bagger on Indian Govt approval of the JV not out of the question.

I am expecting at least 0.50p when the RNS confirming the JV completion is released.

This RNS is the biggie-expecting the SP to go mental once it is released-would expect the SP to keep re-rating for a few days after the RNS is released as the market digests the contents of the RNS.

No point waiting for it-it will come when it comes, just set a RNS alert.

The founder will not let this go into admin IMO -he holds almost 30% of the equity! This is why the situation here is different from the other failed retailers. Julian is holding just less than 30%, I doubt he will let Superdry go to a CVA as his equity will be wiped out, I see a bid of around 100p if not slightly higher which would make it £200m enterprise value (together with debt of say £100m).

If there are multiple bidders, the SP could very much go to even 150p IMO.

Friday FOMO yet to set in - if there are multiple bidders circling as the news is suggesting, they would need to move fast and show their hands. Can't see less than 130p-150p winning TBH with the MC being so low.

The sells are spoof trades to make it appear that someone is selling. MM's do it to create a false impression that someone is selling to get people to panic sell when they are short of shares and the price is rising.

Looking at BOIL today, SYN should go on a 100%-200% run on JV confirmation RNS-after that- Government approval will be a formality and the SP could keep rerating towards the 0.50p-1p levels.

If the JV partner is Adan Group as I quietly suspect, given the hush hush around its identity, we could be in for a HE1 type rise IMO. 1p not out of question IF Adani Group.

I would expect the farm out to be at least £50m to SYN? So a SP of 0.50p approximately /market cap £50m IMO once RNS confirming signatures is released?
