Ed thanks for your input. I think the comparison Shear makes is correct . Comparing a tax case to ours and Greenx is innacurrate and needs corrected . If we do go the whole hog to a payout I’d be surprised so I’m expecting a settlement of sorts within 18 months taking into account faskens are good to go so could be earlier .

Alternatively we can next Wednesdays outcome could put us on a new and fast tracked resolution . As Shear says the SP will be on another planet when and if a claim amount is announced or equally a positive sniff from the court next week .
