Rainbow Rare Earths Phalaborwa project shaping up to be one of the lowest cost producers globally. Watch the video here.
Rov, 312k and 50k in a sipp (which prob keep). Have until first week in March so will play it by ear as cant get that much worse. And in any case, most of my loss is factored in. Good luck to you.
I'm normally a long term holder, but sorry guys, the lack of news and respect from Mat I think tells its own story. There does not seem to be any reason to hang around here and tie up good cash after already bad loss (down 60%), so think I'll take it on the chin next week. Whats left can be better deployed in NOM.OL repair offer.
Good Luck to yous all and may catch up again on any news.
FingerX, you are correct, it doesn't say replace, nor does it imply replace, nor does it even reference SMS our existing engineering designers. Nor does it say we are doubling or even tripling down on the responsibilities of the DFS (and that doesn't even include EMH).
And that is exactly my point.....at this stage we need complete transparency of who, why, when, what for. Before, the selling point was existing tech, min risk. Now not sure?
As a shareholder I am a bit concerned and uncomfortable with this. Explaining to do here KC. Why would our main engineering design company who have been praised from the high heavens up until now, all of a sudden be replaced? They guaranteed THEIR process to the extent they were financially accountable. Now, since the introduction of a new process by Czech Uni / CEZ, we lose our designer (and their guarantee), and timelines row back to 'day one'?
The release explains jack****, transparency required KC.
Fireball, or maybe the German support is required because EMH has aspirations with regards to Zinnwald. A merger or takeover makes sense between these two, as after all, it is essentially the same mineral resource. And it seems this is a move solely initiated by EMH, outwith the relationship with Geomet or CEZ. Now wouldn't that be a game changer?
From CEZ official 'investment story' latest version Sept 2022. They will NOT be fully consolidating Mining and Battery holdings, footnote page 49 below for clarity (and link);
* Values of EBITDA and Capex represent 51% stake of CEZ Group on lithium mining project and 10% stake on battery factory. These projects are unlikely to be fully consolidated.

Oh....and let us also not forget the WH Ireland DCF valuation of 9 Feb 2021 -
https://www.europeanmet.com/wp-content/uploads/20210212-FN-EMH-090221.pdf
This estimates a Fair Value of 129.8p based on the PFS at that time (25k tpa @ $12k/t) with a lot higher construction and operating costs. So, a calculated Fair Value by an independent third party nowadays I would suggest would be a lot more interesting (not that 130p is that bad). All good in my book.....GLA
Intrinsic value of the Cinovec project IMO is a substantial reason that CEZ, or for that matter the Czech Government will not pursue 100% ownership of Geomet. And why I think that when we complete the DFS, this will either put the subject to bed, or we will receive a big payday from our current partners....GLA

Fair Market Value.....means past, present, future (incl profits) valuation, and that is exactly why KC had a smile (and twinkle in his eye) when he referenced this in an interview a while back (sorry can't remember which interview). The quicker we get this DFS out and circulating, the more comfortable I for one will feel as this will put our marker down (and it will be a substantial marker). Whatever way I look at this project, it is an absolute steal and I continue top up when I can, it would be so wrong not to IMO. Doubt very much anyone but CEZ can buy us out, and if they want to, bring the multiples on.....GLA

and moving in the right direction. Particular interest in the last page giving a flow diagram of timeline for the project going forward;

Good points Dev, and to be honest I'd consider moving on at 4p. For no other reason than the total lack of respect the company has for its very own supporters. Does a leopard change its spots????
