Osaka, even at current levels, a hostile takeover would cost the top five shareholders around the 50m mark, and the word 'hostile' would undoubtedly attract bad press. Does this project really need bad press? So, premium would be the smoother.

Management and ownership structure would already have been submitted as part of the crma strategic project application, so I'd assume such a major change in ownership would mean a new application. And again, bad press would be noted.

Putting such a consortium together takes time, money and in particular legal structures. Considering the top two shareholders are relatively new to the project, that would take some doing in such a short time-frame in my opinion.

In conclusion (my opinion), I would also take you back to last weeks presentation, where on numerous occasions Keliber was referenced. This was taken private at 'fair market value', I would expect no more, or NO LESS

Why would they want to take SAV private, wouldn't that make it more difficult to qualify for EU grants, loans etc? What advantage would it be for the top five (incl Slipstream) investors to take this private at great expense, when they can sit back and watch their investment grow in line with the project progress? They already hold 45% between them at a reasonably low level cost, why would they now up the anti and vastly increase their cost (premium required) when risks still abound?

Sorry, but I just don't buy it Osaka....more like someone buying a bargain before December announcement on strategic projects for the CRMA.

EP comes across as a real confident CEO now (in himself and the he project). IMO this was a pretty good presentation, and I particularly liked his comparisons to Keliber.

Sibanye Stillwater paid a price of around EURO150 per share for Keliber, ok, this was at fare market value, but.....🤣

Good question N2S....my opinion, there is a lot going on with a lot of shrewd cookies. For example, are we really meant to believe the Govt opposition, who have used every delaying tactic at their disposal, are so dead against the mining deal on the table, for what reason? After all, this is the best on offer globally, so, what exactly is their gripe?

KP has as you suggest, poured water over any early start, why....it's not as if we would be producing at these low prices. We will not be selling anything until at the earliest 2026, even with shovels in the ground tomorrow. So, where is he coming from? Assore have had two offers of 33p rejected, and it's unlikely they'll make another until they are in a stronger position (30% + of outstanding shares), and that I believe cannot happen until January?).

So, there is a lot going, and a few people holding their cards close to the chest i.e who does KP really want to work with ALL or Assore, who does the political opposition want to work with, us or Assore?

Saving grace for us, we have the Ghana government and sovereign wealth fund in our corner, and the shrewdest cookies of them all, NH & AH....all in my opinion of course ...🤣

In normal circumstances it is the previous land user (CEZ / Government), but as they are also joint owners of Geomet, could they try to pass the buck? And could this be a future delay?

Rpks, I visit the site ceske lithium site reasonably often (was on it at the weekend), and hadn't noticed that addition. What I have noticed is that the EIA link does show movement with new docs added throughout Sept 24. I have translated a couple, mostly about competency exams first quarter 2025. But it does show things are moving in the background ....🤞

everyone to their own....me , i'm a shareholder in this project for better or worse. yes, the information flow is ****, the reason for this, we have absolutely no idea. but i doubt very much it is just down to a useless kc, if that were the case i am sure the bigger shareholders would be doing something about it. no, i am not happy about where we are, but i also think there are mitigating circumstances, so what do you do....sell up at a 90% loss....🤔 i don't think so. take a punt that there are circumstances we are not aware of, and the feasibility case for the project has not changed (besides the **** state of the lithium industry as a whole)....that'll do me.... 😉 everyone to their own...🤷‍♀️

I'm well aware of why we are here skelly, and like everyone else my investment is apparently down the rubbish tip. But, like our 51% partner (CEZ), I do not think everything is lost, the evidence of their confidence is plain to see.

So, for me....and I stress ME, single digit SP is a brilliant, but no doubt very risky addition to my monthly ISA contributions.....👌

Incidentally, CEZ predicted share of CAPEX (p42) between 2026 - 30 is around £133m. Is that consistent with a large multinational company that does not intend to proceed with a project?

I concur Rpks....you only have to look at the recent (Sept 2024) CEZ presentation to be assured this project is, and will proceed.

A massive company such as CEZ, with their standing in the international business community, do not consistently reference plans in their presentations that they do not mean to progress (see P41 & 42). Incidentally, they also consistently state their mining share will not be fully consolidated.....👏
