TomC - while I absolutely love your enthusiasm and logic in your strategy, can I query your 'worst case scenario'. As you take the management guidance at face value, do you not also take their 'fair market value' declaration at the same face value?

Based on the Keliber buyout by Sibanye-Stillwater, of which has been quoted as a basis of any buyout in EMH's case, there would be multiples of 10's (*15-30) to the current value. And you think that's worse case, please enlighten with your thoughts of best case as you may just give me a good reason to look beyond my hold period of March 2026?

It is getting very difficult to maintain confidence levels in this project, in the main, because the lack of information (honest updates) drains the will to believe. So what if the DFS has been delayed for the betterment of the numbers, so what if NDA's prevent giving details of offtake discussions. THIS DOES NOT PREVENT KEEPING US IN THE PICTURE....🤔

BobT, sort of agree, and also think a miss is priced in. So much for my outside bet on DFS for 21st...😭

But to be honest, just like last RNS, in my opinion there has been little effort put into this and it beggars the question - what is our management being paid for? I mean, come on, what happened to the offtake pre DFS for instance? How many off takers have been shortlisted, have they started / complete due diligence etc?What plans have they in place for the 49 million pre construction grant. And instead of moving office in 🦘, why didn't they move to Cinovec. Seems more and more like a lack of commitment from EMH, alternatively competence comes into question....🤔

And to answer your question - it has taken around a year since DRA took up the mantle, do you not think Geomet et al have not been reviewing throughout this process? How did they know there was "thousands" of pages in the DFS?

My impression of the extension was always that it was a dotting(i) and crossing(t) exercise only, and that the additional time was more for the final review process. Then again, my bets very rarely come in, but when they do....💥

Rpk, me being a betting man (or I wouldn't be here), my stake is on the DFS being issued before the CEZ report on the 21st to allow them to incorporate the FID in their document. Could be a big week IMO (forever the optimist)....GLA 😊

And besides, CEZ will have a large say if we wished to sell up, including rights to first offer (and we have the right of fair market value). This alone blows your theory (conspiracy) out the water.

ALL, it is time to stop this nonsense of potential low ball offers, from Assore or anyone else for that matter, we are worth £'s, not p's. Time to amended the articles of association to include a clause that NO offer will be accepted unless it is in accordance with 'fair market value'. Vultures gone in one single vote....👏

Not sure if this is possible, but I am sure that all long term holders would be all for that to reach our potential (and top class dividends).
