Speaking about the possibility of Ukraine joining the bloc, Zelensky said that "The EU is going to be much stronger with us, that is for sure. Without you, Ukraine is going to be lonesome."
Zelensky previously asked the EU to grant Ukraine an "immediate" membership and allow it to enter the bloc under a simplified joining process.
