jocl, if you read the post before yours it says they have until 30th April not march so not long now and we will know what has happened to our investments. As Paulie says be patient !!

That is the date they need to complete takeover! with a couple of ALD directors already on the qti board and working with us i cant see this not going through. I would think as soon as the i's are dotted and t's crossed we will start to trade again but at what level in anybodies guess.

as of yet but they still have 5 weeks to sort the reverse takeover out so be patient,

Anybody hazard a guess on what this means i thought the shares were suspended.

I hope i am right as well lost 3k on newcourt a few months ago could do without losing any more thats for sure!!

Be patient mate they have until the end of April to get thereverse takeover sorted so we could hear any day from tomorrow until then. I know where you are coming from as i have a fair bit of money tied up in qti and had just about writen it off.

Have a few million of these was buying when they were .4p all the way up to 2.7p then all the way down ;-( Sold a few before they were suspended but thought had lost the rest so this is a reliefto say the least!!

Same here mate thought i had lost the lot so this is a lot better than we could have expected ;-)

Fundraising sorted just waiting on us and getting a letter of aproval so i can see it being sorted before the end of the month ;-) There will be a significant share dilution but at the same time our future will be secured so any down side from dilution should be out weighed by this news. The share price was factored in to go bust so could open well up!! imho

They have reached agreement, subject to contract and shareholder and regulatory approvals

Qti are still trading as normal not quite sure where they have got the money for wages as they were nearly skint 5 months ago but they got it from somewhere. They are also still in the process of trying to sort out funding and as you say they only have until 30th jan so not long to find out if we have lost our pennies or back in the game. Hopefuly the second option.. We are also due year end results was out end on november last year!!

i second that Schadenfraude, I know somebody who holds a lot of these shares and actualy met up with Barbara the other week, She told him that talks were underway for funding and they would let us know as soon as possible. I also spoke to them and they are still trading so as you say everything is not lost. I hold a fair few so i know how you all feel and hope we all get some good news soon.

maybe thats what has been holding this back recently mike selling up. we know he is not well so maybe he needs the money !! onwards and upwards

plenty of seels gone through but mms keep moving this up v strange indeed. also the spread is pretty wide now which will scare the day traders off.

another tick up and 300k at .45 just gone through ;-)
