Royal Fail still waste large amounts of money paying over the odds for drivers who are holders of a car license , most of the time is spent sitting around and management are so lazy and corrupt they sit by lazily with them, sending 2 3 vans a night when it would fit on one and wasting additional cost on night allowance when it could be done on mornings. Until this useless company is broken up and a REAL company take over parts by people who know what they are doing, this company will always suck sadly. Royal Fail is a thing of the past break is up and get rid of useless unintelligent management. Cardiff MLO has the dullest managers ever , usually Judas`s who were ex union.

34 years as a postie then mugged a living on distribution ( holiday camp ) and then always threatened xmas strike but didn't.

the abuse of the sick leave procedure is astronomical , worked on 4 days attendance to get 18 days off is class , return to work meetings are a right giggle, full pay to sit at home on your ar*e is superb , but remember every sick is genuine.

The sick in CF mc was funny , lierally took it in turns to go off , 4 nighters playing it well and getting 4 weeks off at a time , one driver who had it in for a transport boss on nights knew he was struggling to cover jobs on the Friday, he asked me to go sick and stitch him up more , their response put him joint acting with a Matthew.
same person also said his run had bulked out , front of the van empty yorks just so he could leave mail behind , but as he kissed butt nothing got said , sick pay full is amazing, great having a week in your own bed with Royal Fail paying for it. couldnt agree more , managers sharing meals in there car at breaktime , coming back late as they are his mates and doing very little while there , Cardiff M.C is run so badly its funny. Managers going sick because they are off acting for 1 week. Spend more time doing postmans work than postman do , quite funny seeing them scoop packets onto a belt and the postman walks off for a chat. Mobile phone use , this is a belter , spent most of my shifts on it creating my new waiting list for lessons. THE WASTE IS FUNNY , GHOST HOURS FUNNIER , BETTER THAN A WEEK ON THE BEACH.
