in royal mail i eant 415 x 4 £1660

with my payrise £33 an hour times 50 hours = £1650 a week times 4 = £6,600 a month which is ok

SO INVESTORS CAN SEE that once it is streamlined and the lazy staff like me and uneeded staff are finished then its going to be profitable , till then those milking it via weak management will ruin it. like a holiday camp , and i was paid to leave , how amazing is that ??

ok its actually only £1800 a week , i admit calculation was very loose . £33 an hour and as many or as little hours as i care to work , did give myself a £100 a week payrise

but nobody cares , public couldn`t care less , break it up and streamline it , CWU are in my experience corrupt and powerless

this is where Royal Mail bleeds , stupid enough to send 2 lorries (7.5tonne on a car license- professional driver my arse)to 2 destinations, when volume would fit on one van , so wasting fuel EVERY DAY ( stupid or what ) plus any 8 shift works 4 hours max , paying night allowance when not needed , Transport is the reason Royal Fail will collapse. Tender that work out and a proper logistic company will save a lot of money

Transport manager called it Saturday tax , nobody will come in on a saturday for an hours ot , so they pay them 4 hours and they sit around doing nowt, also jobs are covered on ot and staff make 3 hour finishes on a monday and an hour through the week and the weak management will still give them a pay rise instead of the sww . The wasted hours by management is incredible. This will bring about Royal Mail demise , weak and poor and usually uneducated management. Graduate scheme lol , employed a graduate whose degree is in travel industry , what a joke of a company.

They need to break the company up , they need to streamline the operation, CF MC is like a poor joke , imagine this replicated around the company , wasted hours are horrendous, sick is abused and ghost hours are huge.

Thompson will get his way and crush then sell off Royal Fail , i do feel sorry for delivery staff but thats it. The hours that could be trimmed in a Small mail centre like Cardiff are insane , indoor staff literally do nothing. They need to outsource logistics as they are working 3 hour night shifts and paid for 8, The transport managers are limp and throw hours around rather than get staff to work their full hours. The union are pretty much in bed with management. The night management team are more 2 faced than staff , the managers think their boss is cluelesss (THEY ARE NOT WRONG) and cannot wait for her days off , so they can run the operation properley. Managers going sick because they were taken off the acting lol. Billy Smart could run it better
