definitely 2 tier , the less you do the more you get paid. As the strikes go i can see a long bitter dispute , what they want is mind boggling , annualised hours , sick pay and loads of allowances for duties people dont even do, the last one is fair. i do believe some postmen are wrongly living below the breadline for a company making the money it does. For a company so old, things are slow when trying to live with other companies , need to modernise asap to compete.
