Roundtable Discussion; The Future of Mineral Sands. Watch the video here.
I dread to think where this will end up tomorrow.... that said if we get anywhere near a quid Il buy more!
Draig, I think they started the funding rounds too late, they missed self created deadlines, the wording in the RNS's that they produced is still being debated now! I still have to go and re read them to try and work out what they have done! In my opinion, keep things as simple as possible and dont over complicate matters.
btbt, as a result of the last round of fund raising, which In my opinion they have made a pigs ear of, my views of long term holding have changed to short term trading, as at the moment and for the foreseeable future, that's where the money is in Tintra.
Separate to this, there has been no further mention of the $15 million that was expected for the end of January 2023. From memory they were looking for an Investment of $25 million for 10% of the company. The RNS of yesterday stated that they are now fully funded for the rest of 2023. Does this mean that the additional $15 million is no longer required this year?
Ironically the shares were worth more before the $10 million arrived than after it! I guess they will drive this back down to the £1.30 level over the next couple of days. Having held my shares for almost a year and now sitting at a loss, I have come to the conclusion that I should just sell on news and buy back later as it always falls back.....
Its arrived!! Talk about last minute!!
Somebody else posted this week that the NOMAD informed them 45 calendar days meaning completion by Monday 3oth January ( tomorrow).
Alan, its hard to be positive when the company constantly fails to meet its own deadlines. The result being that its share price keeps falling back. Clearly there is a shortage of Investors wanting to throw millions into the Company, Im sure it would be much easier to bring HNWI Investors onboard if the Share Price was on an upward trajectory and held its ground. Regarding Contracts, they do get broken every day, from a basic Property Purchase to a more complexed agreement like I expect The Tintra Contract will be with whomever the Investor is. In my opinion, until the funds are received, the agreement is not complete.
Aidan, I'm invested here and have been for some time, however the reality is that the company needs cash to grow. All being well the money arrives before the end of the month and we progress as planned. Can I just say that Contracts are just an agreement, they get broken every day.
All very well..... but where is the $10 million..............???
I think Jenny means these:

At a glance anticipated FY22 EBITDA will be adjusted downward to allow for £9 million of sales that were incorrect and also a reduction for value of stock held. But going forward, both founding problem directors removed and the biggest shareholder is now BOO
Probably about 3 as he tops up every day!!
