When I listened to the Webinar .......... what a load of tosh.... and then some on here thought and still think that 'he is the man'!
Good Luck trying to buy them on a Saturday!!
Re : Suspension, I bought in to REVB on the basis that it would be in for suspension for a couple of weeks until the accounts where finalised, that was end of August 2022, they have just come out of suspension, some 10 months later!
How hard can it be to complete an Audit for a Company that has no sales? I guess the Auditors cant get their heads around the complexed financials of Tintra..... just like the rest of us!
This isnt looking good..... No Money, No New Investors and now potential suspension...... ouch!
Hosai,
I dont want to disagree with you, after all, like you, Ive been holding here since pre suspension and want to get the maximum I can for the shares that I hold. However, it would appear that we are being taken down a path by BooHoo, and bit by bit they are gaining more control of REVB. I think eventually they will get REVB, I just hope that we can all get more than double of where we are today by the time the inevitable happens
I think its always been BooHoo's intention to ultimately own REVB and I think they probably will at sometime in the future. Their own Business Model of selling fast fashion is now 'out of fashion' and the cost of returns has killed their margin. They need to move into something else, and the margins in Beauty products are greater without the returns cost.
I think that once the next set of Accounts are completed, Boo will be flexing its muscles at the next AGM and will probably try and offload the independent Directors, including Lake (CFA).
If they do this, then they only have to deal with the Founders and Im sure that they will be able to come up with something to sweeten them.
The only risk to BooHoo is that somebody else comes along in the meantime and makes a bid for REVB, which is possible as its as cheap as chips at this price. However I think thats unlikely to happen until the next set of accounts have been completed.
Just my thoughts.
I cant help thinking that a Bid will be made by BooHoo in the not too distant future. Thats if somebody else doesnt beat them to it. We are a sitting duck at the current share price!
I dont think the average BooHoo customer is too concerned about the image and antics of the BooHoo board. At the end of the day they serve the bottom end of the market and its a volume business that will do everything and anything to gain market share .
