If it has to be lodged with the ASX then logically it is during ASX business hours in my opinion. A RNS will be released at 7am UK time sharing the document.

Now that is interesting!!! And I gather could mean new shares may not be required on the ASX listing, as this will provide the liquidity needed on day 1.

Please explain what I am missing and how GGP's BOD is not aligned with me?

They want to see their shares go UP in value like I also do, that is alignment. What am I missing? They are working on GGP becoming the best version of itself so that the share price rises. You think they were not behind the ASX listing? Behind the strategic decisions of GGP?

I am no geologist but the "water" is toxic is it not? As it was used to extract the metal from the ore. That is what the tailings dams consist of is my understanding. Bamps will clarify when he pops on here I am sure.

TRIPPY --- go back to when we were a tiny explorer get bummmed by Newcrest/Newmont. To entice the likes of Mark Barnaba and Elizabeth Gaines (and the others) to come onboard GGP from companies like Fortescue they were not paid any cash but offered share options. These people have opened doors for GGP and helped us from being foooked over and killed off whereby we'd all have lost our investment monies, to getting the banks to lend us money, to getting new institutional investors onboard to fund the Telfer/Hav purchase.

It is disingenuous to call the quality BOD all sorts. Without them you and me would have lost our money. I am thankful I did not.

Hydro winding up the AZY shareholders as he discusses why he believes GGP "will not" acquire AZY haha.... it is fun reading. Hydro is making great debate points. I remember posting here sometime last year (I think it was) that AZY market's cap was only AUD$50million, which is currently AUD$365million which is a great result for those shareholders.

As we discussed yesterday I think the AZY price has been bid up too much now following a lot of media the past year on AZY being prime real estate for GGP to acquire them. AZY seem content with constantly exploring in the hope of being acquired like De Grey was. I DO HOPE they find something massive near Telfer at either Parklands or Jezabeel (see slide 5 of presentation below) because we both benefit.

The have 5 bagged in the past year. Insane really. They keep drilling but never any actual plans to develop and mine. They’ll eventually run out of cash at some stage and will have to raise again… if GGP nor any other companies comes in to buy them.

The rumours of us buying Antipa as perpetuated by Antipa themselves has seen them up 32% in 5 days.

Note they mention GGP and Telfer numerous times. As we've discussed many times and as Shaun discussed at the Town Hall, Antipa are desperately hoping for GGP to acquire them. They could not be more obvious.

Interesting picture within. They are surrounding Telfer with small deposits. Unsure when the expect to start mining as all they seem to do is explore.

Has Wishbone found anything? If not, then nothing. They have to find a lot of GOLD to interest GGP.

We noticed. It was discussed back at the acquisition when it was noted that Antipa needed to agree and the tenements were removed from GGPs website.
