What does “missed the boat” actually mean? If you think the share price will not increase above today’s share price then do not invest. Assuming I understand correctly your definition. If you come here expecting us to say this will multi bag then your a dill because it’s a GGP group, what else will be said here. Go do some research. it did take Tesla a long time to get where it is today, but the recent year or so SP rise has been exponential. i am hoping the same happens here. its all to do with new buyers coming in and driving up the price. as Tesla's market cap has increased more and more buyers buy in, importantly, the institutions join the party. same principle for GGP as our market cap increases, long may it continue

short term versus medium-to-long term. the gold price trend is up. we are about 18 months into a new precious metals bull market which may last 5 years or beyond. hold for gold. traders versus investors.

Tad early in the JV for NCM to consider buying GGP. They need to firm up what’s at Havieron first. More time needed for that. I attribute zero % change of any buyout in Dec’2020.
