Genesis has guided the market as to their solid future.

GGP has not as yet, and will do that over the coming 6 month period.

Then hopefully GGP re-rates once GGP demonstrates a solid future like Genesis.

In the meantime you hold information that is not being factored in to the SP right now, as the market wants certainty/clarity.
