That’s why the Berenberg update yesterday of ‘hold’ as the sale to GGP is proceeding. Their caution ref funding Havieron’s construction is laughable because we don’t own it 100% unless we buy it all which includes Telfer. And we call know the 500,000 ounces of gold to be processed over the next 18months will fund a hell of a lot. In other words… the share price is undervaluing GGP at the moment I believe.

ASX peers are going nuts at this gold price.. DEG now $3.5billAUD or £1.8bill. Every week it adds another few hundred million to valuation.

Elon cool chart. It’s looking bullish to me. When looking at your chart and thinking about the current and future fundamentals, I can’t see anything but the share price going up from here. Add in copper, silver and gold prices continuing their bull run for a few years more.

Once the official announcement is made that GGP have ownership of the new assets let’s see how the market reacts then

Are Berenberg trying to insinuate the deal may not proceed hence the 'hold' .... until it actually closes out?

If so, they could have just written that. I have not heard anything to suggest the sale is not proceeding. 15p broker note last week from Cannacord to this today from Berenberg. Talk about polar opposites.

Anyone else seen what Berenberg wrote today? Someone sent me a pic from Reuters showing a bullet point summary.

FY24 targets - completes ASX listing, grows mineral resource by at least 20%

FY25 targets - completes Havieron feasibility study within 12 months of acquiring Havieron/Telfer

We've said it many times..... this may not move until AFTER the following are released:

- Q1 2025 cashflow receipts (unsure when Q4 2024 will commence)

- resource update for Telfer in 2025

- resource update for Havieron in 2025

- feasibility study update for Havieron in 2025

- ASX listing (plenty of new monies to buy in) in 2025

If Roger wants to use Telfer to process his ore he can be a nice guy. Otherwise get stuffed Roger, build your own

@Bamps21 ... Parklands is part of the Wilki JV which GGP is earning into, as you discussed earlier. Imagine if they hit a HAD005 .... rockets for both Antipa and GGP. Win win.

I’ll assume whichever country the company has their head office in could be the first country to release news. Unless one country is considered the primary listing and the other a secondary, then the primary listing country will release first.

It’s a half a billion dollar transaction so will take time to get all the t’s crossed and i’s dotted. Shaun said a team of lawyers is involved. I think I read 40mill dollars for acquisition costs in the documentation. Not cheap.
