GGP is a foreign company in Australia buying an Australian asset. A house take 2 months to settle right.... this is much bigger than a house purchase.

It is more than just the 14 days operational working before we get the keys. There is a team of lawyers involved in transferring all of the legal titles over into GGPs name. Stamp duty to be paid. The Foreign Investment Review Board recently signed it off. Hence Shaun said Q4 2024 as this gives him time to sort it out :)
