Excellent stuff. With all potential sellers cleared by the Guardian conjecture last month, I think we could really start to trend upwards now, this is exactly what we needed to kickstart the new trend :)

OK, bought the dip here today, I see a lot of potential for this very humble £5m market cap!

I do believe we may have bottomed now. Guardian article seemed like the capitulation event.

Any of retail who were considering selling will now be out, I cannot imagine there are many potential sellers left.
Hence for those who believe the article was not entirely truthful, it is probably a good place to buy and SP likely head up only from here and hope that the event in May sheds some light on the controversy, hopefully to put it to bed, along with some positive news.

Topped up here today, macro environment has vastly changed in the last year and share price here has some catching up to do imo. I believe gold will outperform in the coming years, as we work through and seek to resolve the various global economic issues.
This seems like a brilliant play at such a low mcap, lots of potential!

Look, nobody knows - There is a possibility that their license carries some value with it being the only UK crypto- banking license and there's still a fair bit of money in the crypto markets compared to the small market cap here.

Do you not see that you are just as bad as those stating there could be a reverse takeover- you write these preachy sentences and then are say "there is no buyer" as a statement, when you do not know, like anyone else...
It certainly is a gamble, we can all agree on that, but why not give factual information or actually weigh up pros and cons as oppose to just stating things as though you 100% know the full outcome...

I said if there is a decent rise, I'd sell... I was wrong about the price bump from all the weekend media articles, so actually I haven't sold my holding just yet. Will wait until Truss gets elected to see if that brings a bit more of a rise here, but still plan to sell in the coming weeks. Not trying to put a negative spin on anything, but I'm a swing trader, so my bread and butter is to find the best opportunity to sell and when certain shares run hard, it often pays to sell hype and re-buy lower.

They say 10 months, though yeah realistically I think years - it is stipulated that local support is necessary and I do think it will be hard to gain this within a reasonable time period, even with compensation. These things take time.

So whilst I still hold about 80% of my shares, if we do rise tomorrow, i'll definitely be selling into it. Hype is strong after all these weekend articles, perfect time to trade out and wait for the hype to die down. Hope to buy back then, once price pulls back a little and we have some more realistic plans/projections.

Strong floor at 13p, chart actually looking great now, I topped up. Hoping for another afternoon push, into the late teens, I'm holding until results personally, as I think R/R worth it.

Agreed. I don't think there are going to be any sellers left at these levels. Maybe back to 15 area and hover there till results.

Not an expert on fundamentals, but remember this company was valued 12x this only a few months back and looking at the chart, this looks like capitulation. At a 35M valuation, I am happy to take a stab, as opportunities like this don't come around everyday - I bought a sizeable bag here today, let's see if the rebound comes into the weekend.

What did you make of the director buys last month Stockready1? They were some pretty hefty buys, surely a sign that something may be brewing here?

UI Path released positive earnings, beat across the board. Should also be a a positive tailwind for Prism tomorrow.

Huge 73M UT trade went through after hours today, looks like a sell which is probably why the price dropped a little today.
I still think we will be over 1000 in the next month or 2.
Also RBC RAISES IG GROUP PRICE TARGET TO 940 (930) PENCE - 'OUTPERFORM'

And just to give you some numbers - traffic for iii.co.uk was at a steady 200k towards the end of 2018, it dropped off since then and is now down to 20k.

Thanks! Really appreciate the help there. Interesting you like ii, but looking at their web stats, i think you may be the minority, as traffic has decreased a fair bit - maybe they will just have to gain a new customer base as old users leave.
What really brought me here was that Aug started investing in DeFi, but I am a bit disappointed that they don't even list it, so it must be a very small investment, which is a shame.
I will take a deeper dive into some of their bigger holdings though, as admittedly I don't know an awful lot about them apart from ii and Zopa.

I keep seeing large UT trades go through at the end of the day, so I am guessing maybe a fund is still offloading some shares? This could be holding the price down, as I see no other reason why this shouldn't be moving up, especially after the stellar results.

I have a strong interest fintech and crypto, but what puts me off investing here is the way ii.co.uk was transformed - one of the worst website redesigns I've seen that saw 90% of the community leave and despite thousands of messages of complaint, no attempt made to listen to customers...
Does anyone have a breakdown of Aug's investments? I would really like to see how their capital is spread. Thanks.

Agree - no change in fundamentals here and for this reason, I doubled my holding yesterday.
Judging by the PA, I would speculate that maybe a large fund needed to liquidate their holdings for some reason...Very odd, but not unusual for this share- it has happened a handful of times in the past year or so and each time we have recovered fairly quickly, so hopefully no different this time.
