Over the past week the sp has dipped from 100p to 95p as a result mainly of small sells. (Unfounded pi anxiety connected to UK gambling advertising probe?) These have been mopped up by large buys and the sp is now back at 100p with four large delayed trades at 100p. Worth a re-read – from notes on the presentation by Ory Weihs, CEO at the Innovators and Investors event on Feb 3rd 2016 (Diversifying moves are highlighted):- “At the well-attended presentation, Weihs ran through the business model and growth opportunities. The main points were: ◾Growth continues to be strong with the mix evolving; a few years ago it was 100% dependent on the gambling market with 80% of the business emanating from Scandinavia. Now 60% is gambling and only 30% from Scandinavia. The US has grown from 0 to 20% and “social” gaming is now at 20%. ◾Its top clients include Bet 365, 888.com, Ladbrokes, William Hill but now includes social gaming sites such as Candycrush. ◾It is highly cash generative with over 50% of revenue recurring. ◾The Publishing division, which accounts for around 40% of sales owns a network of informational websites which refer potential customers to web and mobile online businesses. If the customer clicks through to become a paying customer, XLM either receives a one-off payment or a recurring share of revenue on an ongoing basis. Up 7% on 3 small trades yesterday- all were buys. mms raising the bid to encourage sellers - instead they encouraged buyers... First time sp has closed above 100p since last January. IPO 18 months ago was at 130p. Latest broker's target was 129p.

Non-gambling products are mentioned in the Acquisitions section of the recent Interims RNS. "We continue to evaluate and execute bolt on acquisitions of domains and websites, complementing our publishing asset base and further diversifying our portfolio. This year our primary focus is on assets in other European countries (non Scandinavia), mainly the UK and specializing in sports or non-gambling products." Also "non-gambling verticals" are metioned under Operating Highlights "Established a new US subsidiary, enabling us to further develop our relationships with our US clients in this important market. From today's Interims RNS The buy-back programme was initiated on 8 August 2016 and it is the Directors' intention to reinitiate the programme imminently now that the close period under Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 (the Market Abuse Regulation) has ended. Other key points from Interims - cash position up and, as expected, revenue weighted towards H2 but likely to meet market expectations for full year.

That 23-Sep-16 11:32:00 77.50p 50,000 £38.75k delayed trade was very likely a buy back trade. Published after hours. Interesting to see if it is announced in an RNS on Monday.

just paid - record for TSTL. Demand there again this am. Good dividends. Revenues steadily increasing. Exports increasing. Bugs not getting any nicer. USA licences on the horizon.

buy at 78p 11:52 on 24th. Just before that buy, at 11:50, there was a 45p sell at 75p. All the relevant trades are viewable via the MAYA Share Trades tab above for those who are signed in. That includes other fairly large sells earlier on the 24th.

Since the share buy back started the lowest trading day was August 16th when level 2 shows 57k were traded. Difficult to tell what is going on today partly because any trades over 10k tend to be delayed...

Everyone is waiting for the next buy back to happen... Interesting sp action yesterday - those quite sizeable sells around 76p, including one of 46.7k at 75p, did not shift the bid significantly. This suggests IMO there is a sizeable buy order in at around 80p. Also interesting to see that the 100k delayed trade 13:41 on Friday 19th at 81p when the bid was around 79p and which was reported early Tuesday evening has not been followed up by a share buy back RNS.
