Well the amount I would be prepared to pay at the moment, prior to release of the prospectus detailing what the dilution will actually be, is considerably less that todays SP. As I asked in another thread, what will the dilution be? Best case scenario 0% dilution Worst case scenario 100% dilution.

Hi Fastfood, the reason it is currently priced at 12p is the same reason that I gave people a while ago who were saying "I don't understand why this isn't 90p/120p/200p": 12p is the price currently the price that people trading the stock think its worth.

You say due to be released shortly, but unfortunatly, that is the same as, in due course, foreseeable future and such like. Sorry but they need to get a lid on this and fast. These things unravel quickly. Yes, confidence in the sector is low, but allowing these things to drag on is not helping. Sub 600 very very soon. 30% drop in a month is an appalling result.

And there is no such thing as a "genuine investor", all those 'strong buy' clowns that you doubtless follow here would sell the second they have made their money on these so called 'multi bagger' opportunities! They have little genuine care for the company otherwise they would have used their voting rights to stop the 125% bonuses in the summer. And I doubt you have an awful lot of care either. Did you use your voting rights to influence the BOD? Did you attend the AGM? Thought not.

Seem to remember Carillion was a dead cat bounce on the Wednesday, failed talks with the banks on Saturday, talks with HMG on Sunday, liquidation on Monday. Same thing this time?
