Just been doing a bit of research today on a similar company and a reflection of share price ups and downs so to speak.
January ‘16 share price £1.68
October ‘16 “ £1.20
January ‘17 “ £1.96
June ‘18 “ £2.42
November ‘18 “ £1.50
June ‘19 “ £2.42
And from this last date started to gain real momentum and today’s buy price is £11.
Also looking back last five years they made tiny profits or didn’t make any money at all annually.
The 2019 accounts show a revenue of £68.25m and profit was £5.52m best it’s been for years.
Now the other part to this is as of December 2020 they acquired a company called Medsource.
They are a American based business specializing in oncology and rare diseases.
The business will bring in a additional 20+ new clients to the current contract research organization.
They are adding $41m of orders of future contracted revenue to ergomed.
Medsource oncology recorded $19.3m service fee revenue and $1.3m adjusted EBITDA in 2019.
The acquisition expected to be immediately and accretive and earnings enhancing.
Ergomeds current order book as of September 2020 is £151m.
It certainly makes you think regarding our orders and forward pipeline of contracts to come.
Orph currently 0.23p your having a laugh with what’s coming.

Looking promising so hopefully good news Inbound I took liberty to listen to a couple of recent podcasts today.
He made reference that imutex deal will be done in February also wearables deal nearly there.
It’s been stuck in this price range for a while now so hopefully we get a boost soon.
Also in one of the podcasts he was in discussions with two parties regarding expansion Europe/USA.
Nothing was promised yet but talks ongoing let’s hope they come to fruition as space greatly needed to get us to next level.
The next rns I’m hoping for new facilities announcement as without this limited in growth and building the cash pile.
The wearables and imutex sure it’s more complex to finalize than one thinks especially doing the best for shareholders etc.
So happy to wait out for best deal as far as I’m concerned.

Some great questions there Wallyj, hopefully we might get some hints towards progress etc.
I’m hoping for additional facilities to be announced hopefully soonish as we need additional capacity.
He’s obviously busy and the screening centers are a nod to current situation.
We then can pick and choose regarding customers and challenge study’s to suit.

I would expect news on new facilities acquisition first to arrive this month as will have study’s ready to go in immediately.
Then the wearables news to land later hopefully.
The imutex news sounds like February to me listening to last two podcasts here.
He also spoke of multiple influenza challenge study contracts to come here to as per one on 5.11.20.
Patience is the key here all the best.

Mark I’m sure in last podcast he was taking a step back from doing them as regular.
He said he wants to share price to look after itself now.
However I agree totally with your thoughts regarding imutex or wearables news etc.
I’m sure the irons in the fire will come out when ready I’m just thinking it’s a bump in the road at present.
If this share wasn’t in such a good position business wise it would be a car crash here thankfully not.

I will also add to that the many people who have contributed here in a well researched way also thank you all to many to mention.
Let’s hope 2021 kicks with a good start and we don’t get the institutional investors are selling again speeches.
There is absolutely nothing you can do about it so no point worrying everyone has different agendas etc.
In the twelve months gone Cathal has merged two companies together that fit like hand in glove.
The share price has been as low as 4.85 to today’s finish of 25.80. That’s real progress and totally cash positive and multiple revenue streams in such a short time.
Just sit tight and the business will definitely develop far beyond this with new facilities to come and challenge study’s etc, not to mention the dividends.
It would be remiss of me not to say a big thank you to Cathal Friel and the team.

Hopefully so can’t be long off now approval, also now making money no debt banking at current rate £1m a month.

I’m sure Cathal will be on top form tonight I’m looking forward to it.
Sometimes it’s always good to look at recent presentations on open orphan website.
On page 7 half way down head to head testing of covid vaccines being discussed from 2022, 2023, 2024.
That’s apart from new challenge models being developed.
Busy times ahead here.

I’m a little surprised as to current price here especially with recent contract wins but that’s out off my control.
So what are your options?
1. Put cash in bank and get begger all return.
2. Risk another aim share that’s no chance off making a return.
3. Cut your losses or take your profits off the table.
4. Sit tight for six months and get two dividends and a nice increase.
I keep telling myself that it’s a better investment now than back in March at 5p.
Plenty off contracts come in since then and I’m sure more coming when additional facilities come on stream to.
I’m sure once we get the green light on the covid human challenge study it will kick on.
Then we will hopefully enter the listing off imutex then wearables data being gathered and ready to sell to relevant partners.
The next six months transformational unlike most Aim companies that never make anything.
I’ve seen plenty off Aim shares recently suspended pending outcomes imagine being locked in those.
It’s Cathals last registered presentation tomorrow so I’m sure he will give his best as usual.
That aside I wish all here the very best regardless.

I’m very happy here regarding my investment don’t get me wrong also the future is looking bright here.
However I get the feeling with some posters they expect bigger things right away.
I’ve always said patience will be rewarded and that will come in time here.
I’m not expecting a dividend at all until January at earliest and that’s probably imutex Nasdaq listing from then.
Then the wearables data will come later as trials don’t start till January subject to approval etc.
I’m sure it will pass but these things take time so divided from this roughly April time.
The company has come a long way in a relatively short time and that’s not long regarding a investment.
It could be worse you could be waiting till April regarding aaog to see if company will continue trading.
I think we all know the answer here regarding this company never been better regarding that.

Cathal said in today’s interview with JW plenty off anti viral challenge study’s to come.

Bought more today couldn’t resist on fall thought I bought well last time at 25.9p.
However bought today at 22p so no compaints here dare say those that did other week at 30p be wishing they could at these prices.
However hindsight a wonderful thing and the business is still as compelling today as that time to.
So as and when imutex gets sold even if we end up with £100m directly to us that’s 7p a share.
So roughly get a dividend that nearly equals 30% to today’s share price it’s a no brainer.
Also cash pile gone up 50% since June business well on track and many more contracts to come regardless.

Also Flugen have one in the pipeline showing promising results so far.
That said we have a plethora off revenue streams that will stand us in good stead regardless off this.
I’m more than happy with the progress made regardless.
So sit back relax and enjoy what’s coming next weeks and months ahead even at this price it’s cheap.
We are now a ring fenced testing and services provider in a covid storm.

I find brokers notes no real guidance or use whatsoever.
In most cases they aren’t worth either the paper they are printed on or the time it spends to read them on screen.
It doesn’t change the compelling investment case here.

Good morning all,
I haven’t posted for a while just topped up my ISA with a £3500 top up.
I couldn’t resist at moment see many good things here and at these prices with recent news be daft not to.
As the saying goes you don’t look a gift horse in the mouth.
We will be up to the 30s again soon enough patience will see us rewarded here and these prices will be gone.

Many thanks for the reply and you have made many good points for which I am very grateful for.
I appreciate your efforts and depth off your response it was warmly received.
I also have looked at many posts on here before and felt it’s a open and honest board and no malice towards anyone which is refreshing to say the least.
Also I appreciate genuine posters like yourself and Thorndon and Chester.
I have high hopes here but appreciate certain things are against trx at moment because off covid etc.
However when the dust settles I see this moving upwards no problem.
It’s just the current situation and who knows how long this pandemic will last for until normality resumes etc.
All said and done it’s a very interesting proposition and one hopefully I’m going to take a plunge at.
