The US is On a mega hunt for Tungsten and SML have the best resource in Europe. I think it’s going to get materially bigger too. It will do an EEE imo (that’s like 10x the price of SML right now) so very material upside.

What’s obvious is that OMI is grossly undervalued right now.

Pepas alone at this gold price would generate around 80% of its market cap in free cash. Thats the amount of cash left over to basically do as one pleases! Can you imagine being in that situation well that’s coming. If you drop the gold price hard you’re still left with a surplus that is very material compared to today’s market cap. If Pepas was producing today (for the very small capex that is needed) this share price would be around 4x the price. Right now, it’s massively on sale.

And just think the group could become a lot bigger with all the assets that are about to be drilled. Now is the time to be buying

SML have the best grades so if they scale up this could end up having a huge valuation. The news about the US buying up tungsten assets means this will also be on their radar. They will certainly be monitoring the newsflow
