Ben Richardson, CEO at SulNOx, confident they can cost-effectively decarbonise commercial shipping. Watch the video here.
Page, you have posted that this shareholder has increased his holding from 4.5% ( approx ) but i was not aware that he had a discloseable holding previously. In fact yesterday's rns states that there was no previous disclosure. Can you explain please
Thanks for posting that PageofCups, i dont think that Cameron could have made It any clearer, the UK Government will not stand in the way of oíl extraction in the Falkland Islands, there must be many potential partners out there who will now view the Falklands in a very different light.
As you say, very significant. We can probably assume that no further fundraising is planned in the short term, because if It was then the Directors would have waited for that before fixing the price of the options.
99% of posters who claim to "know " something , actually know nothing , but just once in a while there comes along a post which ultimately proves to be spot on.
Yesterday's post by jemgee might just prove to be spot on , having looked at some of his posting history he does not seem to be a typical ramper.
Shorteverything, i assume that you are not suggesting just 15 to 20 p as a target range, but rather you are suggesting 15 to 20 p above current price , in other words a suggested target range of 27 to 32 p.
Personally i think that 30 p is easily achievable before Xmas.
Suprised that nobody has mentioned the Edison video interview. It has been available for 4 or 5 days but so far has only been viewed about 70 times. Well worth a look.
Hello Beza, where exactly did you find these revised broker forecasts, because I am of the opinion that not one single broker has put a forecast out in the wake of the recent figures. I will be very happy to be proved wrong !
Poindexter01, you would agree that there has been an agressive and sizeable seller operating here for some months now. The stock has been consistently well offered by one market maker in particular, how else do you think that Sneller managed to recently accumulate his stake in such a short space of time without moving the price.
I cannot guarantee that the seller is Southern Rock but the fact is that they have definitely reduced, hence their RNS on 20th October. That RNS incidentally was issued later than it should have been
( look at the date when they crossed the threshold ), which makes me think that they are not that fussy about complying with the disclosure rules. I may be wrong but i suspect that the next holdings RNS that you see will be Southern Rock reducing further, indeed i suspect that they should already have made a further RNS by now, because certainly 2 or 3 million shares were sold into the market when there was a flurry of buying as a result of Day Trader's recommendation in the Inv.Chronicle.
If this overhang was cleared up in the way that i suggested in my earlier post then this stock could possibly double in fairly short order.
CaneToad, i think that Iofina's share price is where it is for one very simple reason, we have a major holder sellng down their shareholding , and accordingly all interested buyers are holding their fire until they know that the overhang has gone. In days gone by what would normally happen is that the house broker ( assuming that they believed in the investment case which in this case they clearly do, given their share price target ) would arrange a clear-up, by which i mean that he would broke the story to interested buyers and then bid the seller for his entire holding . Once the stock had neen placed the share price eould quickly re-rate to what was considered to be fair value, giving the buyers an immediate profit and earning the broker some brownie points. Sadly small cap brokers do not seem to be so proactive now as they used to be.
