Ben Richardson, CEO at SulNOx, confident they can cost-effectively decarbonise commercial shipping. Watch the video here.
It speaks volumes that they haven't said anything. Only what is required by the rules, which is usually notification of a placing. With all this speculation surely some sort of heart felt, reassuring message to the share holders would be appropriate. Meanwhile richieboy and his pals are constantly talking.
Steelr66 so if the directors are booted out and new ones are put in. Are they not going to have the same problem then?? Or are they going to pay the general off?? And how they going to do that then? A very large placing? The only way this has value for share holders is if someone comes in with money and pays off the general and then waits a few years until the mines are up and running and gets it back 10 fold. Lets hear from this Molendine Jr.
Surely after all this time the courts have to make a decision. The more attention this case gets the more likely something will give. I can't understand with the amount of revenue this will create, why they can't work something out. It will enrich the area create jobs, probably build schools. Yet with this capacity of creating something, producing, we have got some already rich people, having a pointless ego battle. And an ongoing pump and dump scenario. Disgusting really and a real waste.
Well said longandwrong. I doubt without the constant pressure from align there would have been a rsn. The general has been back-and-forth for years now so was it really necessary to post an update, no. Pathfinder have got a ex British diplomat and an extremely high placed national. What have align research got? My guess is they probably have a well thought out plan to double or treble their money with aggressive tactics. They have watched the market rise and fall and seen the price go from .7 to 1.4 a few times in the last year and a half and they want some of the same. They see it as an easy way to make money. Nothing more than pump and dump merchants. The directors are deferring salaries and vendors are already in place according to previous rsns. This takes time. The only thing I would like to see from pathfinder is that everytime there's an update don't do a placing the very next day.
It says in the update ”Pathfinder confirms that it has presented the framework of an agreement with Jacinto Veloso that would, if successful, result in the restoration of the licensed areas to Pathfinder's control." So does that mean that he's already on board?? And they are waiting on a green light from the government?? As it also said they are the other principal party.
Never fails to amaze me. Price tanks, stagnates for months. Then theres an update from the company. Whoosh up it goes. Everyone gets their hopes up, then crash. I really should have more faith in the process and buy at the low levels. Then make an easy 20/30%. But everytime I think, surely it's going to go bust this time.
Yeah I personally like to read negitive comments as well as positive ones as it gives me an overall picture of the share. So can never really understand it when people won't tolerate any comment that goes against their opinions. It seems that people can be more invested in their opinions than their money.
I'm just being realistic. I hope I'm wrong maestro1. Would love it. We are still in the fight so theres every reason to hope. But if there's an offer it will be low! Less than £2 more like £1.20. I'm basing this on the strength of Roi's position. But like I said I hope I'm wrong...
ROI still have the upper hand by a long way. The only way imo that an offer will be made if at all is through a company which they have control over. But this will be dependent on annulment which is about 50/50 at best. If we are successful in this, they will be looking at it, in terms of, what are the percentage chances of them losing. They are still not going to be very high. And they won't lose much face, as they have already won once. This will have already been decided and no doubt they will have strategies for every potential outcome. They know that at this stage it's going to be very difficult for us to surprise them in anyway. But we can but hope... Gla.
It seems to me that the sharks are now circling this company. Nissan sees it as a very easy and cheap way into the UK. The interstucture is there to produce product and make money, I see them advertising their Noddles at old Trafford, they haven't bought in for nothing. I'm losing faith in the current boards ability to do anything other than push papers about, they seem to be treading water. But the share price is ridiculously low. And has been for the past 2 years or so.
