Following Jiving’s post, the Directors have to act in the best interest of ALL Shareholders and as has been previously stated in released documents highlighting the enormous value of Zanaga , it would be problematical for the Directors to justify a low ball private buyout

Directors MUST act in the interests of ALL shareholders.

With the NPV highlighted on page 32 of recent document they would be hard pressed to justify 10p or 25p

The Directors have to act in the interests of ALL Shareholders and having outlined valuations in recent documents ( page 32 I think), they will be hard pushed to not act disingenuously if Management buyout for less
