i dont understand why but the trucking biz seems to favour Bolsonaro

result just in ,Lula is the new president and this state Minas Gerais was the swing state that gave it to him.
Dont know what this means for HMI but an extreme left party does not usually bode well for business.
Consolation is that Bolsonaro,s party or allies dominate the senate so Lula cant be too extreme.
My own view is there will be not much change but i think it will be a couple of months before the picture is clear particularly relating to the Brasilian Real exchange rate

to answer your question last Wednesday ,
i would be a buyer at 4 where there has been resistance in the past although it has stuck at that level for long periods so dont expect much downside from that level.
Depending how things develop i might take a leap of faith at 5 but due to the lack of transparency would put a stop at 3.5

Dont lump me in with Smalley. Im just looking for the pros and cons of this stock before and if i invest.
you must agree that there are good arguments on both sides.
Everything as at today bodes good so why does the price drop.
I went back a long way historically and tried to justify investing but when a share goes from 18 p to 1 p then to 14 and back to 6 this tells me something strange is happening.
As previously commented i am on the sidelines until after the election result at the end of the month and see how the general market reacts. Assuming its not drastic i will wait for a little more of a dip and then jump in

We are involved on the fringes of agriculture, supplying timber and fencing materials to farms and estates and it would be a dream for us if even 57 % of our customers paid within 30 days. Additionally we have a bad debt rate running at 7.5%.
I think i will hold off buying in until after the election. If Lula wins their could be repercussions as last time round he wasnt the best friend of the Ag biz

Everyone here seems to concentrate on "sales orders " or" product sold" whereas the only figure that really counts is invoices paid in full.
I also understand from reading here that credit has been given until such time as the crop is harvested and sold.
Brasil is also well known for deriliction in payment or outright default.
Debt collection is a long ,slow, expensive process

ive been watching here for about 3 months my interest being that i spend some time in MG,Brasil and i have a bit of cash on hand.
What i noticed was the profusion of posts by Swingy. Thinking he was a knowledgable poster i decided to follow his thread hoping to get an education.
What i found was a little under a 1000 posts only about HMI and dating back to 2016.
I suggest anyone interested firsts reviews some of his posts and i think you will come to the conclusion that you should take any future posts with a large pinch of salt.
you will find that on occasions he states he bought 1 million shares when the price was about $12 per share so i guess he has a motive for promoting the share. But in other posts he claims he has not owned any shares .
As far back as 2018 he claimed the company would quickly have a market cap of 140 million with profit of $50 t.
Read for yourself and you will see how inconsistent he is.
Hes definately a ramper the reason for which i cant quite figure. Holding lots of overpriced shares ,not sure ? Sponsored by the company, my guess.
Just heads up but do your own research and perhaps give your opinions.

Ive been watching this one for sometime and regretted not getting in around the 5 level.
i ve been waiting for a dip since and thought this might be it until i read "Nutrien to acquire Brazilian Ag retailer Casa do Adubo . Researcg shows that Casa are a retailing force and very active in Harvests region.
Sell HMI and buy Nutrien
