2 things ive noticed

1) our Mcap (until today was the same as SOLG, i used to be in them and sold in the early days, cursing myself for the next 5 years, now we are on the same level, and will probably be worth more next week, with a much clearer (and cheaper) route to monetisation, and bumper cash flow!

2) previous updates have seen large gains in the days before, followed by a bit of a sell off on news. This time however, we’ve been fairly flat these last few weeks, lets hope that means no traders this time round, and there will only be boomage on news!

NCM will own 70%, unless they buy the optional 5%, and if they do that, i’d imagine they would take the full 30%

I can see the argument for paying a premium for 3 immediate reasons...

1- they wouldn't want rio taking it
2- the high margin due to telfer already being there means that even if a premium is paid, they still make “more” money on the additional 30% ore, and “a profit is a profit”, I mean, as an example, if they are going to make £500 an oz margin on anything mined, even if they pay £300-400 an oz equivelent, thats still an additional £100-£200 x millions of oz
3- it means any gains from further discoveries/step outs are 100% theirs.

Thats 30mins for me. If we are 16p+ i’ll be there, any less and I’ll be too traumatised to leave the house

Frogzzy, when you have been in this for years you get pretty well tuned to the movement. I can sit and watch the trades/ size/ frequency and spread (No L2) and weigh that in with sentiment and news due, sprinkle a little human behaviour (fomo) on top and I can see when its about to pop just before it does. Its a bit like that scene from the matrix where sypher is staring at the code on the screen, and all he see’s is “blonde... brunet”

If you’re sat on the fence, nows the time to pile in imo. Big push into close.
