Keep 1/3 in shares (ISA)

Take 1/3 out to buy house

Transfer 1/3 to spreadbet account, use leverage 3:1 and you end up having the house and having the same or even more exposure to the upside in SP

Downsides: if it drops, you lose more, and getting a large amount of money out of A spread bet account back into an ISA could be a ball ache (£20k per year)

The trading account got reset after turning £4k into £26k last month, so I started with a £3k balance at the beginning of Oct. Currently £5174

three long positions on GGP currently. That should get it to £8-£9k next week, So going well thanks!

Re the 4:30 comment, imo the SWAG news is not delayed, not even close, i did the math on the time taken to do the drilling, and the 2-4 weeks for assays and got the last week of October Originally. But now i may add a few weeks on for the return to Kraken with DD, so my timescale is saying wk2 to wk4 Nov, if they are going to disclose in one go, perhaps sooner if its in stages, but imo we will get a bulk RNS with the whole lot towards the end of Nov, nicely breaking up the gap between Hav updates.

And its going to be eye watering, hold on, be patient, it’ll be worth the wait!
