EGM time. BOD far too complacent and nonchalant about this utter shareholder destruction. Unable to take even a modest pay adjustment to steady the ship, won’t buy shares even though the ground floor was 1p (apparently) and we are clearly NOT in a closed period as Philli sale is off atm.

It’s a difficult conclusion to make atm. I think it’s abundantly clear there is a gravy train greed element to ECR that we still have time to stamp out if the correction action is taken, however on the other hand ECR have been fantastically unlucky to date with ‘what’s in the ground’… IF Blue moon had extended 400m west as hoped we’d all be laughing.. I remain Optimus about Queensland as the prolific shedding throughout is highly encouraging.. But we need some effing luck! If we hit a monster resource in the next year or so I don’t care if the directors drink from golden chalices.. But not now… NOT NOW!!

BOD need to disprove the market’s obvious opinion of them now. Investing cash or taking a pay cut is the only way. I honestly think Tang doesn’t care at this point and wants to milk the company dry. Just my opinion, hence reason for diversifying. I hope he and the others prove me wrong. I still have skin in the hame and praying for a miracle!

... Also these were the shares I bought at 0.5 so made sense as I bought them primarily for Creswick so not massively down.

I halved my holding this morning so no conspiracies about the 2.5 m (2m, 2.5k*2). The fact they took it means I suspect there is a buyer. I will keep 2.5m for the Queensland play but with Tang selling the kit rather than taking even a minimal pay-adjustment I'd rather diversify. To clarify, I have literally sold down because of the upper BOD, as bitter as that sounds. I do think QL has BIG potential (hence only selling half). Potential lottery ticket if things improved but I felt over exposed.

Hurricane having a multitude of veins sounds encouraging, 1,2,10-20gp. Some thick ones at the latter reading would be commercial grade for sure. Terrain sounds a bit difficult but I suppose kit these days can be adjusted to cope.

Adam 'I'm going to have to come up here more than once' - If Queensland is now our primary focus perhaps we need a local geologist? Adam lives in Victoria. Not time or cost effective if AJ only pops up every so often is it.. I'd want a lead geo to be at our alpha sites throughout the entire open season.

I mean for all the assets in Queensland look promising so I imagine people will begin accumulating as the projects 'take off'. Hopefully we are now at a base for that accumulation to start now we know QL is in full motion.

I agree RE management. Jeez AH is taking everything Tang & Co built up and throwing it on the bonfire, wtf does that say about their management?! total surplus to requirement. Also, interesting how for over a week multiple investors have asked for SOMETHING from Tang & Co. Not even mentioned ffs!

Legal chase up the old GoldOz presentations. With any luck Hurricane should deliver to some extent as they know there are significant vein widths. Obviously the hope is they extend a long way and don't do a Blue Moon! BUT, there's every indication we could have some sizable geology and Haythorpe's deal to 'try before you buy' is shrewd!

With a Mcap of 3.8m it won't take much to move us from here surely! particully with low liquidity as mentioned.

End of the day we’re not going to make an ounce of difference arguing. As you said yesterday rx, ramp all you want it won’t make a difference.. same can be said for de-ramping I suppose. It’s the company’s performance that’s to blame for the crap price, not Snip’s merry men.

In fairness ECR have a habit of releasing interview material alongside news, in fact nearly every interview prior has accompanied an RNS update if my memory serves, so TI isn't necessarily wrong. Don't forget that while they may be replying to some emails they're not going to tell you anything out of public domain, so none of us know jack really do we. It is possible that this interview has been concocted due to the obvious pressure baring down on the BOD atm and is a one off, so to speak.

Also, what group Luca? how do others partake in this?

BTW while arguing with Snip a month or so ago I read through a lot of GoldOz literature RE Hurricane. While that company had massive issues (mainly due to de-listing shenanigans), the project itself certainly looked half decent so I am hopeful AH can pull off a massive turnaround here! All is not lost! there has been an incredibly doom and gloom atmosphere here lately. Sentiment can turn fast. Here's hoping!

I disagree with 10 years. We own rigs and have licenses ready to hit. Once they’ve ‘zoned in’ we’ll get drilling and the results will flow. If hurricane is what AH thinks, we’ll have a JORC resource which will underpin the sp that we can fund raise from at a better price. Further Legacy asset sales would be a God send right now as well! I don’t see how sentiment can fully return while certain members of the BOD remain however. It’s crystal clear how the market views their contribution, past and present. If they want to avoid a revolt I suggest they start advertising why they are still needed.

Haythorpe has good credentials and a battle plan so yes I agree he deserves the benefit of the doubt.. Hurricane and Lolworth look tasty indeed but it all needs perfect management at this moment in time! gone are the days of throwing cash around! I actually think he's done a good job with the toolbox he inherited.. WTF position would we have been in had Tang and AJ continued running the show?? Talking AJ, nice guy, clearly knowledgeable but so far missed the mark (would be interesting to know what those consultation fees were all about?!) - Scott, again, seems genuine and willing to engage.. However for 30k (which is what most people earn if they 9-5 all year), we've had a hand full of scripted green screen interviews and a few well meaning tweets, 30k well spent? time will tell. As for Tang/Davenport.. No blinking idea what they do?! I would LOVE to know, as would the rest of us. Problem is (and this seems to mostly apply to Tang as he was somewhat culpable for the awful purgatory period following CB's death), neither of them seem interested in proving what they actually do?! unless I've missed something.

Would be interesting to hear 'Legal' weigh in RE the idea of shareholder intervention.
