Pj70 recent broker notes give a decent rundown as to why with boosted target prices well into the 20s. Are they always right, no.. but given ggp's projected workflow and potential in the ground it's highly probable IMO. I reckon the short term price hiccup is the market wanting clarity on the obligatory UK raise required by AXS. It's a flash in the pan and will be forgotten about.

Redtrader ggp has hedged against POG slippage, it’s all factored in even if it does happen, which I find unlikely with mass uncertainty and $ weakening.

I would suggest Mike/Doc reigns in the urge to retaliate on X with remarks like calling PI's 'uneducated', it just adds fuel to the fire and is rather patronising considering everybody has access to the same public domain info. PI's don't get freely allocated shares remember it's their hard earned going down the swanny so as CEO you need to expect some venom if the SP tanks. Prove them wrong with results!

Even if BM is pushed through it can only fund reinvestment in itself so yes without tax loss $ it’s fairly certain a raise is looming unfortunately. What’s sad is any spike from here will almost inevitably be raised into which sucks for any LTH, only benefits traders. Unless they pull a rabbit out.
