#ECR Had a good chat this morning with one of our large investors - Colin Braidwood.

Discussed the current frustrating market conditions.

He stipulated he remains 'long and strong' on #ECR.

Anyone who mentions a raise for the foreseeable now are either scaremongering or haven’t done their research. We need Scott and Co concentrating on building the company not babysitting nervous PI’s.

Twitter awash with 'it's a raise' posts as if ECR didn't categorically state that a raise was not imminent for obvious reasons (existing cash + non-core asset money enough to fund scheduled campaigns). While I hope ECR up the PR game when things get juicy in the coming weeks, they shouldn't be forced to repeat themselves over and over again. If they raise after saying they won't AGAIN, then we're all screwed and their professional integrity will be in the bin.

Apart from the odd selling behaviour, we have to assume everything at ECR is going to plan under Haythorpe's leadership as he has delivered on his mission statement so far..

We're all down on paper, no need for conspiracy theories and scaremongering.

Hoping tomorrow we can bounce.

They said they don't need to raise. Unless it's related to some sort of out of the blue JV stipulation or whatever, it would be suicide to do the exact thing that killed the trust post 4p. It would be madness.

So to echo Gino, what's your source? or are you scaremongering?

Concerning to think why they'd dump at .75p though with all the activities ahead of us!

I suppose people need dosh for any number of reasons.

I can accept a tree shake before a move upwards though. Hopefully this dip will be short lived as we've been promised a very busy few months. We KNOW we will get an update on QL soon, we KNOW Blue Moon is almost spinning, we KNOW licenses should drop anytime, we KNOW asset sales are about to significantly support our bankroll... The final 7 HR3 assays are for free at this point as the market assumes the project was a failure (we shall see).

Nah Gino means well and his communication with AS is appreciated and valuable.

Accepting that an asset sale related closed period is an excuse for total radio silence though doesn't fly for me. We have a PR guru on payroll.

Not expecting any director buys until after the sales, that's fair enough and acknowledged by AS yesterday via tweet.

Haven't heard anything from Haythorpe since the London conference (6th July), We only know Adam is in QL already through Scott's communication with Gino which 99% of the market won't see. We know more via one to one twitter chats than we have officially in the last fortnight, when the stock has plummeted.

I'd say let's get Haythorpe on a podcast where he can formally announce Adam's commencement in QL, talk about the asset sales, answer the plethora of questions sent to Scott a few weeks ago by PI's.

I agree that interviews don't necessarily do much to price, but they will help calm nerves and keep trust. As well as keeping PI's informed.

Indeed, beyond a disaster at this point. Andrew Haythorpe said 1p was ground floor, now we're in the 70s ffs. We need some kind of action. Also, before people say 'well what then?!', I'm not being paid to run the company and grow the share price. A message from AH himself would be appreciated at this moment in time.

Surely at these levels any large entity eying up a potential JV, or fosterville eying up our paydirt, could just buy the whole company on the cheap?!

I suspect a fair few here would take 3p or similar after the recent massacre?!

They clearly didn't know anything substantial as not a lot has happened since they purchased. So we can apply the same logic IF they sell.

I think they are long termers and bought purchased believing Haythorpe will transform our fortunes, so I personally doubt they'd dump just as we drill BM, await CW licenses & begin the QL campaign.

Perhaps it’s worth adding it to the list of questions -

- How do investors go about influencing management if they feel certain members are not performing? OR, perhaps first, could investors be given some sort of breakdown of what exactly individual members of the board have achieved and offered the company in the last few years.

Any legal minds may offer a better solution!

I’m not happy with barely contributing gravy train directors taking pay packets while we flounder at 0.8p ffs. Not on your Nelly as Del Boy would say!

Is this potentially RNS'able? If the Geo's are physically IN our Queensland acreage actively working it's worth an official statement isn't it? Twitter stuff really doesn't get much attention really. ECR should be doing everything they can to spread the word, spending a tiny bit on an RNS would surely be appropriate?
