A bit silly to compare two mining explorers at COMPLETELY different stages of development. The only real comparison to make would be GGP prior to it's commercial grade discovery.. It's SP was languishing horrendously and the BB's were littered with the 'we're doomed' rhetoric.. It only takes one big development/discovery/partnership to ignite a stock. ECR are obviously trying to do that, but so far unsuccessful (thus the sp is .07).

Also Armani, If you're lucaduca perhaps refrain from berating and swearing at the company every five minutes, you may just get a response like Gino & Dan.

I took the time to re-watch the last interview dated 22/12/22 this afternoon. Literally nothing has changed apart from having the Blue Moon results back which were roughly what we all expected considering the drill location + Licenses approved (exactly when AJ predicted would drop). What made PI's confident after watching before Christmas is still all in play, literally nothing has changed - yet reading this board you'd think Bernie Madoff was CEO and the FBI had just raided.

January blues, tax bills etc. Doesn't make for happy bunnies and the negative tribe are out in force to compound an already depressed sentiment.

In fairness there were no hints whatsoever RE the Hurricane deal, that was as left field as they come.. So IF there was anything brewing I imagine AH wouldn't blab about it anyway. Licenses only dropped this month remember and were always supposed to be the 'key' (dotting the T's)..

I do think Hurricane is almost obviously a JV situation though. We are doing initial drilling for a small investment with rights to buy IF successful, but we categorically can't afford to pay the remaining balance, therefore there MUST be a partner waiting to join if drilling proves commercial.. Otherwise it would make zero sense to agree the deal in the first place?! Eagerly awaiting that drilling campaign.

Creswick is obviously still a JV contender now those licenses are in.. Hence the aggressive near term drilling.

Don't give up just yet folks. Relentless negativity (some totally justified, some perhaps part of a game plan) has sunk the SP for now but we all know this can move 20-40%+ in a morning when it wants to.

All good stuff Legal. Gold is clearly the driver still, can't blame them for mentioning other valuable 'finds' along the way. 100% agree RE attacking their prime real estate rather than faffing about! It's certainly NOT what us shareholders bought in for!

Like others I'm comforted with Haythorpe's track record (Crescent etc).. He's not the lifestyle Co type he clearly wants results! Can't say the same for other members of the BOD though! naming no names! AJ seems like a great geo, nice guy and very knowledgeable, but he does seem to be on a perceptual geography 'field trip' prodding and poking at rocks and reporting back interesting formations etc.. Let's get swiss cheesing!

The equation of company resources to projects just doesn't work unless you add a third party. 6 areas of potential commercial interest (loosely including HR3), one (ahem two drills?!).. And a modest geo team that can only really concentrate on one or two serious prospects at a time (surely?!)..

Got to be a partnership or two lined up?! Even with a JV at Creswick there'd still be potentially 5 areas of interest to cover alone. Butter spread too thin or master plan?? Over to you ECR!

Scott said they were months ago. We assumed it was due to the asset disposal process (made sense), BUT Haythorpe admitted recently that sales have ground to a halt atm due to market conditions.. SO.... Can you use a protracted sale (which could possibly take years) as reason/excuse not to participate in director dealing? Seems a massive grey area.

There is NO DOUBT that some chunky director buys would be a massive confidence boost and help sentiment, rather than tweeting about 'field trips' to Tambo etc.. I mean come on.. Drill the red zones of the headline projects ffs! Hit pay dirt and use the $ to prod and poke at rocks to your hearts content. We don't have the resources to attack Tambo AND Creswick AND Lulworth AND hurricane?! Unless we're about to team up with a third party?!

None of us know the details really.. BUT I wouldn't write the gold plays off just yet Legal..

CRESWICK - (from latest RNS) - 'Creswick is host to an extended gold system' (Jewel in the crown apparently) - New licenses granted.

BLUE MOON - Constant talk of ore body, resource & massive splodge on the antimony imagery. Recent results 250m away from red zone & drilled to test strike length. 2019 showed commercial levels as per Haythorpe's comments & the presentation. We await further drilling results.

HR3 - dodgy results up until the last hole which was much more promising! back burner.

Queensland - initial panning successful with some big nuggets & talk of identifying the source. . Haythorpe reckons there's million ounce deposits in 'them there hills'. They've made a good start!

Hurricane - Supposedly much further along, Final sale contingent on results. Win Win says Haythorpe. Eyeing up a commercial prospect there.

Tambo - ?

And if all that comes to nothing.. we have the lithium, tantalum & niobium to fall back on! lol.

I made that list for my own justification for sticking with ECR as much as outlining the up to date gold plays RE your question. If one commercial resource or JV occurs in any of that list we'll all make a killing. If not, we go to zero and congratulate Snip, Armani and rx for their sterling foresight.
