Hereshopin... I sold yesterday losing from 180 to 76 because I have been let down by sp of this company and I want to invest my money on something hopefully more profitable. 19p was the bottom. 148 the top of the period when I held the shares, as they dropped so rapidly soon after I bought them. I sold in the middle and I am sure it will be a mistake. If there is no Rights Issue, I may buy them again. Until then, I can sleep better now at night, without the fear of waking up to an RNS telling us that new shares will be offered at 40p. Good luck

Laidback... Quite the opposite! I sold today after 5 years of pains and tribulations because I am very worried about the real prospects of an impending Rights Issue. PMO did not deny it in the RNS issued after the newspapers started to disclose our interest in Chevron assets. Are you 100% sure that there will be no Rights Issue? I could be wrong, but I’m almost certain there will be one at a very sizeable dilution. People here who say that the sp is too low to call a Rights Issue make me laugh, as I have been holder of shares in several companies calling them at much lower sp

Guys... forget about Zama and all that. The sp did not move when Zama RNS was issued. Forget about Brent rising, as PMO has been putting on 1 p for about 3 $ rise in oil and then losing almost 4% when Brent loses 20 cents... Forget about Catcher record production or Reduced Capex. And forget all the brokers recommending this share. Until details of the much feared Rights Issue are published, there will always be downward pressure on the current sp. When the new shares are offered at a discount, the so of the current shares will drop dramatically too, on the run up to the issue date. I hope for all of you that I am totally wrong. I did not have the money to buy additional scares at a discount, so I sold mine today. Good luck all

After 5 years of suffering I sold all my PMO shares at 76 this afternoon, after nursing a huge loss having bought in 2014 at 180. I decided to bail out, as I am sure there will be a Rights Issue with huge dilution for shareholders. There is no way PMO would not deny it in the RNS issued a few weeks ago in reply to rumours. Since then the sp went from 82 to 75 whilst Brent has risen almost 10 dollars from 57 to 66. The sp should therefore be at least £ 1 now. The reason it is 75 is because the people in the know are sure that new shares will be offered at huge discount. My guess is that PMO will make this official when they publish results update on 7 March, offering new shares at around 40p. I think the spnwilp drop back to the 60s this week and stay thereabout till the announcement is made, afternwhichnotnwipl fallnin the 50s. But the good news is that all this may not happen, as I sold my shares and I am sure that they will now fly! Good luck to all of you and please note that this post is entirely my personal view only. PMO at 76 and TLW at 228... Who would have said only a few months ago? I have been told to stop comparing PMO to its peers. Why? Is that not an indicator of how a share performs in the market? PMO sp performanve has been abysmal and TLW being the closest peer can only show that...

Mrd5432... Exactly the same here... Held these dog shares for 5 years and lost 70% of my initial investment. If I sell them, they will fly to £££££££££

halfpenny... Does it really matter if Brent goes to 68? It is more or less at 65 now and PMO is in the red. There is nothing that will make this share move, until all the shenanigans with Chevron, Goldman Sachs, Takeover, Rights Issue etc are sorted out.

Givingmethelowdown... Mate, I disagree with your statement. You say PMO has woken up late... It has not woken up at all! TLW, CNE, FTSE, DJI, Brent and Oil have all woken up. PMO is still hybernating... Our sp is 10% lower now than when Brent was at 57 a few weeks ago and it is now 64, when FTSE was 6,600 and it is now 7,160, when DJI was 21,000 and it is now 25,000, when TLW was 145 and it is now 226, when CNE was 138 and it is now 210

MW75... Yes, 67 to 75 seems to have been trading PMO range for a while now, so well done if you made money 3 times day trading. I hope though that we will not go back to 67 again, so you will not make money a fourth time, seeing as I need this share to treble in value before I recover my original investment, let alone make any money on it... As for your assertion that nothing goes up in a straight line, again I am sorry to differ... PMO always goes down in a straight line, so it should be allowed to go back up in a straight line when Brent recovers hugely from 49 Dollars at Xmas to 64 now? Or are we only good going from 550 to 19 and then from 148 to 55?

Capra... If the buy at 76.27 was yours, it is a pity. I few seconds before or after that trade, you could have bought at 75.8 or 75.9... Anyway, this share is going to take off one day soon. But not a second sooner
