This is my take on this too, he's using this to delay legal action but I would have thought this would get him into a deeper hole and any supposed NDA that he has been hiding behind would be requested as evidence and then the whole thing would be seen to be genuine or false

I've got plenty and if it comes off, then it comes off, I wrote this off years ago and I am in a very good place in my head. If you've shorted this stock and the deal comes good then I suppose some will be bricking themselves, but pointless posting on this site either way, if it happens, it happens, simple as that, good luck to LTH, we might get something and if you're a shorter then tough s*it, deal with it and move on.
