I think the new BOD members have brought in the usual squad of paid rampers, this share is going nowhere due to mismanagement talk about a wasted opportunity

@Head 100% this is the situation, Cairns should be complicit too and agreed that Amit is running down the clock

@HITS going after the Nomad, is a definite approach as they signed off on the RNS's, a few of us did write to Cairns but received very aggressive legal responses but now with a shared action like this worth considering again as they clearly did not carry out sufficient due dilligence

I've had a chat with one of those posting those gifs and it has been confirmed that no proof of anything has ever been shared from Amit just words

@Dougb it is my belief that Cloudtag was a company set up for the purposes of committing fraud with fake reports, fake reported sales and interest, and most likely with fake associations with creditable persons, if you look at all the RNS's from the beginning, the history of non delivery all signed off by the NOMAD it's pretty damning along with people exiting as the penny was dropping but I'm fully supportive of Tim's plan to follow this through to a conclusion
