This long term investment has caused pain and grief to many investors small and large. I was averaging at 36p on my previous holdings and last month averaged it down to 9p. I Sold All @ 9.6p on 12 Feb to break even. Now the prices have gone crazy (22.81% on Thurs 19 ) with no news ?? . This looks very worrying with the Debt Crisis, and with big investors possibly manipulating to offload prior to the BIG SINK.

Small investors should take suit cut losses and run - definitely in favor of big investors on unexpected one day rise.

Bergen, 27 August 2025 – Shearwater Geoservices AS (“Shearwater”) has been awarded a deepwater Ocean Bottom Node (OBN) seismic survey in Ghana’s Jubilee and TEN fields, operated by Tullow and its partners.

It will be the first deepwater OBN project offshore Ghana, following Shearwater’s successful recent deployment of the SW Tasman vessel and Pearl node OBN platform in Côte d’Ivoire and Angola. The two-month survey is scheduled to begin in the last quarter of 2025.

I had two BUYS Today both of 30000 shares each - I can see a sell at the price I bought at the exact time - But my 2 Buys are not displayed.

Also Buys and Sells Trade at different prices.

My Trade, at 11:22:41 today on 21/10/2025 was an Ord BUY for 30000 shares @ 8.4899 - Yet the WRONG information is being displayed as it being a SELL under share trades displayed for today.

Is this classed as Market Manipulation

I am in at average of 12.61 on 100K - will the SP reach around my average anytime within the next 3 months?? - and why is there no news on the refinancing.

What is the average share price on current director holdings ??
