Nobody on this chat board knows whether the accounts have been completed or not Tiger. You are just making assumptions. We will only know that the accounts have been completed when an RNS stating this has been issued by the company.

That 5k seems to have magically increased to almost 10k during suspension - strange.

They wouldn’t have taken £300k of shares if they didn’t know that the company would return from suspension. They would be stuck with £300k of worthless shares otherwise.

Another placing, this time for £300k. Why would anyone subscribe to a placing if they didn’t think that the company would return from suspension?

The company will return from suspension when they are ready to return. The share price on return will be whatever it is. There’s no point in worrying about when the suspension will be lifted - it’s out of our control.
