Sorry, I got the 10% shareholders EGM requirements wrong yesterday. A single shareholder with a holding of 5% or more, or multiple shareholders with an aggregate holding of 5% or more, can requisition an EGM. Any shareholders with a 10% or more holding would also need to approve of the EGM.
