Yep, pre drill pumps based on management, sentiment and everything else are done for now, the market is even more risk adverse than it used to be and now it values on cold hard results.

This seller could be distressed to have been dumping like they have, its tough out there as we all know. We don't know other things they are involved in, other things that have gone wrong that they need money for.

Lots of complex moving parts, we know it's not based on our project as to date no rns gives any reason to sell.

For what it's worth, I think the markets and appetite to risk and valuation have massively changed in the last few years since the original HE1 build up to the first drill.

Back then there was still an element on all explorers that you could buy into the build up and sp rise then de-risk a good chunk before results.

Now it seems the markets don't do that so much and simply re-rate the sp when the cold hard facts are presented and announced.

Taken away the ability to make build up pre drill money, then de-risk maybe but doesn't change the fact that reward will be given if its a success. Not long now till we start getting data out of the hole.
