Personally think it more to do with tricon the delek share of shares, mb brought the backing of altech to the fold, so would presume there on a level?? But as far as tricon is concernd they would make a quick buck as far as we no have no ties to mb, less then 2 months of holding or would even care about his long term strategy to repeat but I think tricon are mta achilles heel so to speak on this not being prepared to wait a year, although it does read like it's all three who are in conjunction with this have said no ??? Would be interesting to know full status quo
