The next focusIR Investor Webinar takes places on 14th May with guest speakers from Blue Whale Growth Fund, Taseko Mines, Kavango Resources and CQS Natural Resources fund. Please register here.
My prediction is based on the following:
Shares in Issue 2.8Bn -- £1Bn valuation = 33p
MAC4671’s value of assets in the ground for WK = $14Bn
WK is 10% 0f MT………………………...……MT =$140Bn
WK + MT = $154Bn
1$ = £0.73 $ 154B = £ 112Bn
Cost of Acquiring EUA based as a % of assets in the ground:
1% x £112B n= £1.12Bn = 36.96p
2% x £112Bn = £2.24Bn = 73.92p
3% x £112Bn = £3.36Bn = £1.1088
4% x £112Bn = £4.48Bn= £1.4784
5% x £112Bn = £5.60Bn= £1.8580
I will take the 4% due to the low ore extraction cost plus a 50% multiple-bid premium
giving me £2.21
Falcone
I heard that too and was surprised. With the $1.9 Tr Biden package, which the OECD forecasts to grow the Global GDP by 1% this year that is without Dishi Rishi's package, maybe he has justification to state that.
What evidence are you basing your judgement of him being a numptey?
Robert, I have been thinking along the same lines about Bushveld. Talk of JV or Consortiums does not suggest a £5Bn price tag, more a multiple. Also JV or Consortium removes competition and keeps the price down.
I an 67 and have had my AZ jab. The only after-effect I had was a sore shoulder. Had several discussions with friends on this and the consensus was if you were over 60, after-effest were minimal but the younger one is the immune system is more reactive and therefore more side-effects. Also a 60-year-old friend of mine, she had covid last March and suffers a mild form of long covid and the AZ jab knocked her our for 4 days
I've still got it https://twitter.com/em_investor?s=11
This article shows there is data that the AZ vaccine is effective against the UK variant. https://www.independent.co.uk/news/health/astrazeneca-coronavirus-vaccine-variant-uk-b1798141.html
Although the fine has been planned for, today confirms the fine as Nornickel appealed the original claim. My thinking is that Nornickel have been waiting for the fine to be confirmed before they make any big acquisitions
I have just seen announced that by Q1, AstraZeneca will be divesting itself of its Viella shareholding worth about $780M. https://www.v xmarkets.co.uk/rns/announcement/a283d682-0562-4c94-9d7d-dbd6579f5f98/
Viela (Nasdaq: VIE), headquartered in Gaithersburg, Maryland, is a biotechnology company dedicated to the discovery, development and commercialisation of novel treatments for autoimmune and severe inflammatory diseases. Viela was founded in 2018 as a spinout from AstraZeneca, with clinical and pre-clinical projects from AstraZeneca's inflammation and autoimmunity pipeline.
Is this to make way for another auto-immune and severe inflammatory company acquisition.
Or am I adding 2+2 and making 5
