I don't want to put a damper on it but what if Woodside and Osaka studies say pipeline should go to Darwin? I can't see Timor just saying ok after all these years of saying no I really hope I am wrong.

Not a great post from me, what I should have said was if there were any obstacles in our way to production or route to market why would TL object to their own national energy company Timor Gap?

To me the most important thing that everyone seems to be missing is the fact that our partner Timor Gap have a 40% stake in our venture, if and when we get our funding Timor Gap I would think would be the largest holder. Woodside-TL could go on for as long as it takes who knows? TL needs the revenue at this moment in time Chuditch looks the answer .

Why would AB have signed an" Exclusivity Agreement" with the potential J/V if the terms were wrong?

The dealing price all day today was roughly 0.0725-0.0755 depending on the size you wanted to trade the smaller size is obviously wider.

Nike-Also everyone is assuming that the funding deal is done and dusted thing’s don’t always go to plan. I’m guessing like everyone else on this board but I think we will get a deal but how good it will be we will just have to wait and see.

Nike -You make some good points and agree not all LTH post but you must agree what is the point of coming out with wild guesses on price movements without knowing what the funding deal is,we can all dream but most people keep it to themselves.
