Oiltdr-Good post are you on the board of Sunda Energy? there is no way you would know that under the" exclusivity agreement" we would have been left with only 10%.And you con't disclose the "Investors" because you don't know.You are just a normal poster that posts about other shares.

I skimmed through the RNS and thought it was a good deal, I was soon put in my place by Jarv55 quite rightly.When I read it again it was disappointing to think of the further dilution although we will be drilling.What I don't understand was the fact that we have been told for years that most of the world wants to invest in Timor Leste and we couldn't raise $9 million for a drill that would be greatly beneficial for the Country.Surely we could have secured a bank loan with Timor Gap as the Guarantor ? instead we have a deal that is not good for the shareholders.We were told when the new board members join that they had expertise in this particular area so it may not be just down to AB.

It's the share dilution.

In my opinion for what it's worth if all goes to plan in the coming weeks for us the big game changer for us is The Greater Sunrise settlement(if that ever happens). The settlement would bring the majors back and I think we would get snapped up pretty quickly.
