The board have said that they expect production 12 months after ML is granted. Surely they would not have said that if they anticipated Lawyers taking months to accept the offer?

At the moment HGLOF is trading at 0.0132 US which is around 1.18p

HE1 has its listing on AIM UK. In order to allow U.S. investors to trade shares of foreign companies, these companies are traded on the over-the-counter (OTC) market. Companies trading on the OTC market are assigned different ticker symbols, often with a "F" at the end indicating a foriegn company. In this case Helium One trades under the ticker "HLOGF" on the OTCQB.
