Bearing in mind the company was nearly bankrupt and shareholders would have got nothing this is a pretty good position. Progress will need some trading news. Another bidder is unlikely unless it is agreed with ROX - so the key question is what do they think the true value is?

The products here are very useful and address key issues of racial discrimination in medicines and damage to babies from medicines. Likely to become requirements in medical practice as once available is it reasonable to not use and cause deafness - probably not. The trial in the States simply provides access to their market - they already know it works so the trial provides a timeline to the US market

Have made a fair bit in the last few years on a number of shares by taking quick buying opportunities when the market overreacts to news like this. Will probably trim back in a few weeks but definitely this share is going places imho

We have as I am sure others do nurses doing intra vitreal injections. They are fantastic at it.

This disease is sadly a one way track to blindness
The early stage studies are designed really to prove safety and have deliberately selected patients with bad eye sight so that if damaged by the treatment the effect is not too great.
We haven't seen any bad reactions so that is good
The environment inside the eye for stem cells to work will be more hostile in late disease due to scarring so one would expect better sight improvement if you give the treatment at an earlier stage of the disease which we should see in later trials
This treatment works. Without it you go blind. Easy decision.

I am not sure the value here is going to be strictly based on profit. More likely they will be taken over for brand value
