The way the board have handled everything so far, I don't think it will make a difference if everyone has voted against the "special" resolution, they will just go ahead anyway, they have complete and utter disregard for the shareholders.

It's very clear now that the board doesn't give a flying f*ck about icon now, it's a cash cow, pure and simple.

Most LTH's are nuts deep and the choices are, take a big hit or hang on in hope whilst watching the share price slowly dwindle away, it angers me greatly that we are treated with such contempt, considering the fact that without shareholders investment, there's no cash, no cash no business.
