No wonder they want to come to an agreement.

If they have invested 50mil, they are going want there money back plus legal costs,that should be minimum.
I suppose it will depend on how committed they are to the Slovenia project.
They may see Cuba as potentially a more lucrative project, as it’s Oil, Gas and Metals :-)

IMO it’s the Special Situation news that will really get things going here...
From the RNS a few weeks ago, we should be hearing about this very soon.

IMO the new BOD have been very proactive since taking over earlier this year.
AST has had a very rough ride over recent years, things look like they are starting to change so the least we can do is give the new guys a chance..

it wouldnt surprise me if the Special Situations deal involves a Nickel or Colbalt project in Cuba.
It would certainly add some new investor interest and give the sp a boost.

The clues have been there for a while once they mentioned Cuba, the country is rich in Oil, Nickel and Cobalt.
That’s hopefully what they mean by Commodity diversity.

2 sides to every story, so let’s see what happens.
The new BOD need to prove themselves other wise no one will be interested in there future projects.

Needs to break 1p strongly to carry on, buy volume should do that

If it’s in a new uptrend, it should start to move back up after hitting the 0.48- 50 area
