Sharepriceup - what's happened to yesterday's optimism, "I think this will reach 40p"?
Just sayin'!
I hope you're right - and then double it and I'll nearly be home and dry. :)
London, at least it hasn't got DL bull****ting us all along now!
GLA and a belated HNY to all our readers.

That's a very reasonable and reasoned message and a detailed answer would have been very useful and, IMO, not breaking any rules. Alternatively, perhaps they could have issued an RNS showing the current position and respective changes in asset holdings, if it were considered to be price sensitive.
Pity you elicited neither.

Morning, MLQ. Fair comment - don't know where ours is but that link seems to be related to Irish companies.....

Hello, MB.
Followed you over from KDNC -> AUCT. Looks like you're talking to yourself for a while. :) I'm not in here and probably won't be for the foreseeable but GL with it.

Nice try but no cigar!
I remember D21 well. One of the better informed and valued contributors. RIP, Denver
Fair comment, Obs. I guess they wouldn't be acting on any 'privileged' info (assuming we've been given all there is to know. Maybe I'll lift that 'expectation lid' back up again - slightly.

Hello, Barks.
No idea - certainly not seen him on here for a while but I still do him the courtesy of not pinching his moniker. He certainly was a valuable investor and contributor back in the day.
Good point Oaw. They'd get shot down in flames if they released anything now that enormously benefitted them (and sadly, us). Perhaps keep a lid on the expectation for a little while.....

Hello, Barks. Good find. I like: "Page 2 Meanwhile, Brazil’s iron ore shipments to China have started to increase again after hitting a seven-month low.
Vale, the South American country’s largest shipper of iron ore, has plans to increase its exports with new mine projects." Hopefully that will soon include Amapa...

Good morning, iamrich. You caution RayPugh against deramping. I'd caution you against your ramping (which has far exceeded RP's opposite). We all want the sp to rise but I think your optimism could be misleadingly excessive to the uninitiated.....I don't wish for any less than you but I think one needs caution (or at least an 'IMHO' when you post).
GL though

Coming back to MB's original post - Please reconsider, MB. Yes, there is a lot of flotsam and jetsam on this (and most other) BB but try to avoid (or filter out) the garbage; your wisdom and humour make a very worthwhile contribution here. Stay with it if you can.....

Hello, Spup.
Welcome aboard and GL.

Good morning, folks.
Pleased to note that my filters have removed 8 posts from view from today. I've only ever filtered posters that really get on my pip, not those that I may just disagree with. I'd urge anyone that has a particular nemesis to engage the facility and get some peace.

Ziq - the amount in question was 565,700 - some way above AS's purchase, hence my q.

Was there a consensus/explanation for the big buy of £87K from a couple of days ago? I've only just seen it but didn't see any comment here on what is a big slice!
Cheers all.

Degs, Hi. I take your point - we all must DOOR, take responsibility for our investment decisions and anyone, BOD or others can make mistakes. I think the complaint is that, regardless of how poor some decisions or Co. performance might have been, the BOD just kept on holding out their hands. If they'd shared the 'pain' of LTHs, there'd probably be more empathy with them now. In particular, I've always had the knock with DS, who semed to have many directorships in badly performing Co's but did VERY well out of them, REM/KDNC included, but we are where we are and hopefully even those worst off will get back to even £.

Ban, you're totally correct. Going back to REM days, I chased the price up and then averaged down - I was going to be much better off - DL said so, so blind faith ruled! Sadly the sp fell and carried on falling to the extent that I lost so much faith and expectation that I wasn't prepared to buy more and at its worst needed to (approx) 30 bag to break even. I had a quick look yesterday to cheer myself up and now need only to 6 bag and do you know what? I am beginning to think that might happen but I'm not putting any more in - I have other calls on my liquidity and if I get my £ back, the history of the BOD's mistakes and excesses won't matter.

I have what is now a pitifully small holding in Kibo and have reached the stage where, even if it goes splat it won't feel like much of a loss. However, that RNS still sounds pitiful. Corporate version of 'The dog ate my homework....'.
