Lot's of big sells filtering through - now 7.4% down

May see a dead cat bounce from the low of 14.10p this morning to perhaps 17p ish area, but from the language used at the presentation, along with the need to raise £40M, my guess would be a raise of 400M shares at 10p or thereabouts such is the volatility of the markets right now.
Couldn't be raising at a worse time imo

I've never known such a negative SP reaction to a company presentation. Surely with the huge drop yesterday the company should have released an RNS at the very least to address the SP movement? Very poor imo

Considering the IPO was at 11p when this relisted, and given the quality product that has had 10s of millions thrown at it between 2005 and 2021 for research and development prior to being relisted in 2021, nothing short of 30-40p is going to cut it imo.
Considering how crap the markets are (DDDD being just one example of that) we are holding up very very well indeed.

It's 0.01 NOT 0.1!!

So from the RNS today looks like they've lowered the nominal price from 0.25 to 0.01p.
Nothing stopping them raising at whatever price they want now, even down at 0.06 or below ffs

Even a Ten bagger from this point would only value Ciz at £48M Mcap.
The potential value of just the China market has been estimated to be £3Bn to which Cizzle would have the monopoly on as their product is unique and the only one on the cusp of being ready to roll out. That would equate to potential revenue to Ciz of £300M (10% Royalty) from China ALONE.
So a potential Ten bagger could turn out to be very conservative. Cases of lung cancer worldwide continue to remain at an alarming rate as do deaths, and unfortunately most cases that are diagnosed often come too late for people.
This blood test which could detect not just early lung cancer but other cancers too could prove pivotal in saving lives. The whole idea of Cizzle forming partnerships with organisations globally will also keep costs down and help open the doors to marketing and selling the product. The recent entry to the US has been viewed by both the company and US participants as an extremely exciting opportunity. Yes there maybe other organisations out there who are trying to develop biomarkers for a blood test but the difference is we are way way out infront with the research and development stage having commenced way back in 2005. If it's a case of who gets to develop a viable blood test globally first then Cizzle will win hands down.
I seriously believe that due to our product on offer we will probably get bought out. Only question is how far will the decimal point be moved to the right when such an offer for the company is made....

Interesting end to the day, just 211k shares sold but just over 600k bought, maybe just maybe this is the start of the turnaround we've been desperately hoping and waiting for...

Merlin - I would say that's their motivation for being here too. I think there are quite a few waiting on the sidelines waiting to see if the sells have dried up before either buying back in or adding/averaging down...

Average daily volume for Prominence is 31.272M shares, yesterday's volume was 39.252M so tbf looks like it was far more than 1 trade as you suggest....

Agreed. And on the subject of no volume we all know that can change at the drop of a hat.
Mcap here eventually could potentially be in the hundreds of millions if this goes to plan

Looking over at Prominence energy on ASX, one of the partners involved in the Sasanof prospect, I see their SP was 100% up yesterday, forget lithium, if they get confirmation of a new drill (as we still have a 10% WI there) then things could get interesting again...

Tbf I actually don't see this as potential cash shell status. The number of shares in issue compared to many other AIM listed companies is actually quite low here, approx 2.4Bn compared to 10, 15, 20+ Bn.
So if they do raise and double the shares in issue that would put a decent amount of money in the bank and still be below 5Bn shares.
Not ideal but would ensure their survival. But then again it depends what's going on behind the scenes. The breakthrough for them will be if they can make progress soon with the lithium....

FYI Setanta I can assure you every single poster here knows exactly where the SP was and where it is now. Even though I sold out a while back too you don't see me on here gloating about it to others. I've been very vocal about the company itself and the bod but that's it and for very good reason.
So why don't you go back to Zphr, that's gone from the dizzy heights of nearly 9p back to about 4p- looks like they could do with you back over there...

Gone very quiet here of late. See he's now ramping ASC and ARB so that's probably another 2 companies to avoid while they're over there.
As for here it's punt money right now, could come good here but certainly not for the faint hearted....
