My gut feeling on this at the time was that I expected this to be around a month later than they were suggesting, so a month further on, I expect to see this released to the company either later today bearing in mind it's still late morning in Canada or hopefully by Mon at the latest.

Inittowinit - you do realise your attempts to spread doom and gloom will only work for so long. The SP has fallen and fallen and today is the first time in weeks where it's actually flat and not making an appearance on the fallers board.
Looks like we reached the bottom yesterday of what has been a deep down trend and for obvious reasons.
Bonkers to imagine that only a month ago people were paying nearly 0.8p here, I added a decent chunk yesterday at 0.059, currently it's just over 0.061 to buy anything.
Yes they will need funds and yes it will result in dilution but they have several things going on and various options for funding. In normal market conditions this would probably have recovered back to the 0.15p area following the duster but these aren't normal times right now.
Huge opportunity down here right now.

Fair enough. If it were to drop to 0.05 I may be tempted to add another 10M purely for the Lithium prospects rather than anything else right now.

inittowinit - I would suggest that there is also the option of selling 5% of their stake they recently acquired and retaining the other 5% as a free carry instead of diluting to oblivion as you believe.
Personally I can't see the bod having the car crash attitude of wanting to issue 6-8 Bn shares just for a drill, if that was the only offer they had open to them I think they would look at selling off 5% to help fund it.
Unless as they believe they can raise at a premium to today's price, say at the 0.10 level.

I suppose it will depend on whether they can get some news out in the meantime?
Or if they raise for another drill, whether they can persuade institutions to take part in a placing at a premium if there is the prospect of a 5TCf play to be tapped into as a result of the drill?
Still risky imo but certainly still all to play for from this point, given mcap is a paltry 1.35M and just 2.4Bn shares in play - nothing compared to many many AIM listed companies that have easily 10Bn plus...

Inittowinit - that's a fairly bleak assessment of what you think any potential raise could be. Do you not believe this sentence from the company then?....

"We believe that additional funds will be available, possibly again at a premium to the current share price."

This is certainly one for the brave right now. I was going to add this morning but held off as markets in general have been simply too volatile lately.
Watched how this did as the day went on, didn't think I'd see this at below 0.06 but hey ho, picked up another 10.7M at 0.059 earlier.
Bottom drawer for now, see how this plays out, potential for short term developments on the Lithium, Ghana or even possibility of being part of another drill with our Australian partners, time will tell...

Widglide hasn't uncovered anything. They themselves are just full of BS because they are sitting on large paperlosses just like us. Widglide have a look around the market is red virtually everywhere apart from the odd exception here and there. Fortunately I have kept some powder dry to buy more here which I fully intend to do. The current prices are a real gift
