The investment case here looks very compelling down at this price.
The price action has all the hallmarks of having been shorted from well over £1 but the tide could be about to turn....

Even from my pessimistic view of copl this has 25-30p minimum written all over this following that report this morning....

Is going to be not just good but probably beyond all expectations because, quite simply, if it was crap we would have known about it months ago!
The company have seen the data, we also know they continue to update the data room, we also know that there are multiple mid tier and large operators interested and looking at the data, plus talk of the company looking for farm ins.
It would be pretty embarrassing if Boil say they are looking for a farm in partner and all of a sudden out the blue the 3D seismic turns out not to be good enough to attract a major to the table!
Like I said last week, my opinion is that this is one of the most undervalued plays out there taking into account our Chuditch-1 asset which is on the cusp of being proved up to be an absolute monster!

Yes he didn't get all of his tips right but most of them were. Look at what happened with odx?
Was calling the company out for days about a placing looming forcing the company to come clean about their discussions with doing a placing then days later announced the placing!
Same with copl, had heard wind of it and was right there too, doesn't get everything right but most of the time is spot on. You would certainly be unwise to completely ignore what he says.

The market will value this ultimately and so far given the lack lustre SP performance the market is yet to be convinced of the true value here.

The current political and global climate couldn't be better for Boil so there is definitely potential for this to become a 500M to 1Bn Mcap company in time....

The "resource report" ( because that's all it is, not a reserves report ) will mean diddly squat if they can't get it out of the ground.
Production is currently woefully insufficient to service the debt now in place, and even if the numbers come back positive in the RS report it will still need multiple drills over next few years and god knows how much more expenditure to get to that point of actually proving it up.
That probably goes some way to explaining why copl is not £1 a share plus despite what many predicted would happen by July/Aug lol
